Nicks is a small pizza shop located on broadway in methuen. The food is fairly priced and portion sizes are great. my sub was made exactly the way I wanted it, topped and sauced well and not a messy soggy mess like some places make buffalo chicken subs. on a side note the staff is so welcoming and friendly its hard not to go back. food 3.5÷5 price 4⁄5 Service 5⁄5

The Lady that takes the orders over the phone is very very rude. She seamed to be stressed out and overwhelmed with other customers while I was placing my order and treated me, the customer, as if I were a burden or a problem. She was impatient and did not want to answer my question about my own order that I was spending MY money on. If the food was good enough then I would probably go back and put up with the her being rude, but it’s not even close. To the management of Nick’s, I say keep that lady off of the phone if she can’t handle the pressure of taking orders. Your food is not good enough for customers to overlook her lack of hospitality.

I popped in on a rainy weekday afternoon to grab a slice. The price was right, $ 1.50 for a cheese slice. Unfortunately it was from a pizza that had been made the day before — they just threw an extra handful of shredded mozarella on it and tossed it back in the oven. I ate half of it and left disappointed. The guy at the counter was friendly enough and I’m sure if I’d ordered a whole pizza it would have been a different experience.

LittleBoyBigTruck and I were recommended Nick’s by people who apparently have no taste buds. The portions were incredibly generous, but the pizza(one vegetarian, no cheese, and one«greek» pizza which was just spinach and cheese) was bland, bland, bland. The bottom of the pizza was thin and limp, and the crust was hard as a rock. If portion size is your top priority, this is the place, but if you require flavor, go right on by.
