I’ve been renting space here for a few months now. It’s not the cheapest place for storage in the area but it’s clean. However the service is horrible, I’ve had nothing but poor service since I’ve gotten here. They keep the carts locked up in the office and the women holding them hostage is very unpleasant. I feel like she has very little responsibility so she makes it very difficult to get a cart? It’s a storage unit, one of the reasons I rented here is the amenities and they are only available at very limited times and they are not easily accessible with out leaving your birth certificate, thumb print or first born child. Also if your in the back of the unit the door I between the main entrance and your unit is tiny! All the other doors are large to move large items but for some reason this door is not and it makes it very difficult to move especially with cart. You have to load the cart unload at the tiny door and reload on the other side. You could use the bay door however the drop from that is like ten feet so it’s useless unless you have a large moving truck, not a rental. It is clean but the customer service is the absolute worst. I won’t rent here again, I will spend my money elsewhere.

I have been renting a storage unit for 7 months for $ 297 including insurance. I received a notice that as of 7÷1÷15 my monthly dues will be $ 345.00. I went online to check prices and for the same unit size is renting for $ 284.00 and half off first month. How can anyone explain that? I’m moving out! Besides, the woman that runs the Methuen office lacks people skills. Shes very rude and looks down at you. YOU will NEVER get my business again.

i was renting this storage for 6 months and just get the letter that they will increase the price from $ 270 to $ 300 some I can’t believed they do this very disappointed.
