Two Bros Moving

This is a scam. Do not use. This company should be rolled up with Father and Son Moving that the Mass AG’s office is prosecuting for holding goods hostage. William Weber is a criminal in Mass and Florida.

This is the moving company that should be avoided. I recently had a piano moved from one location to the other. Three movers showed up. These were not professional movers as they advertised on their web. The piano was not wrapped up with protection material. Only one mover was really doing the work. Two others had no idea how to move an item like this and did not put in any effort in moving. They ended up causing property damages on both locations. The piano was also dropped from a stairway and seriously damaged. I later contact the office by phone and emails to get insurance info, they do not even answer my phone calls or return emails. So be very, very careful with this company. Avoid it! I suspect if it is even a real business. From the way the movers behaved, they did not have proper training and moving experience.
For payment, they insisted on cash. No personal check or credit cards are accepted.

Horrible experience! Do not use these people. I wish I had read these other two reviews before trying to use these guys – I had the exact same experience. I scheduled them twice and they never showed up. When they called back, it was just to give excuses. Then they just stopped calling back. Dan was my contact point – awful! You would hope the OWNER would be more responsible. Not the case. Dan and his company have been worst customer experience of 2012.

This company agreed and confirmed to move us in August. When getting near the move date and not hearing anything back from this company I decided to call them (many times). No one ever called back or would even respond to my calls. As a result, and at the last minute we had to contract another company for the move which cost us considerably more money. Some advice, stay away from this company.

Wish I could give this a positive review but have given them more than enough opportunity to do right by me.
The actual move was 3 hours late and I spoke to Dan Tibbetz about getting compensated. He agreed, his workers agreed, his office manager agreed verbally and in writing and then they completely ignored me and our agreed upon arrangement. I tipped each mover $ 20 for move in and out and was treated like a fool. My loss but be warned this is a dishonest operation that can’t be trusted.
The workers were kind, considerate, and hard working and so I feel bad leaving this kind of review but like I said there was plenty of opportunity for them to make things right. I even would have been ok if they had said no we can’t compensate but they said they could and then backed off.
