They send your film out of house and make you wait over a week. And they fail to call you when it’s complete. I received my photos and the printer fcuked them all up.
I asked for a reprint and this emotionless woman (who apparently is head of the photo department) tried to blame my disposable for the mistake. It was super obvious the printer did not line up the photos correctly. This woman was snobby, unfriendly and unhelpful! It’s unfortunate because the other employees are nice but they all let me down in the end.
They called the outside company to find my roll of film for reprint but more than a week later — still no word. Eventually, I was given a refund but the photos are irreplaceable! I will never give this awful photo department my business again and neither should you. Get your pictures printed elsewhere!
