Starbucks

Very unclean Starbucks! Napkins are out, condiment bar is disgusting. Creamer and milk hasn’t been replaced all morning. I work at Starbucks and this is far below minimum standards.

The lady said they opened at 5:30 am. It was 5:40 and they still weren’t open. They saw us waiting and still took their sweet time opening up. At no point did we get a hello or how can I help you. The lady behind the counter avoided looking at us and kept moving the same two things back and fourth. Finally we went up and asked to order. She was rude, unprofessional, her hair was a mess, no name tag and had her apron half on. Don’t work if you’re going to have poor mannerisms.

Quick convenient service! Great place for a break on your morning commute. Located in the Lake Forest Oasis, so plenty of seating.
