the staff/​reception is rude and useless. they actually don’t know what they are doing & are constantly messing up appointments.
Lanez is miserable to deal with. she cancels appointments made 4 months in advance with a 3 day notice and no explanation.
I’m sitting in her office, 45 minutes past my appointment time because she is on a phone call. how long does a phone call take when she knows she has THREE appointments waiting for her? the last woman she saw walked out the door at 345. it’s 425.
she’s rude & unprofessional woman. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Worst Psychiatrist I have ever been too. I Wasted my time seeing her a couple of times to not get anywhere.

Sitting in her waiting room as we speak– an hour passed my appt time. She has no respect for your time

She hands out SSRIs for almost every condition like candy. She expects you to know which medicines work and which ones don’t because she gives you multiple options and I was so confused and had no idea which ones to pick because I’m not a psychiatrist. If you find a medicine that works for you, she probably won’t prescribe it for reasons she doesn’t like to talk about.
I’ve had very bad experiences with her and so have three of my friends as well. None of them recommend her but she was the only one in the area, but I should have listened. I don’t recommend her either.
If you have depression or anxiety, don’t go to her at all because she won’t do anything to help you except shove antipsychotics and useless SSRIs down your throat. My experience with her today was the last straw, and I won’t be going to her again. Don’t waste your time.
