We had some water damage in our apartment and wanted to ensure that we properly handled the drying process to prevent any mold growth. I called ServePro on a Friday afternoon and they were out for a free inspection by Monday. They were very efficient in testing for moisture in the carpet and walls, and when they found some moisture at the base of the kitchen wall, they immediately brought in fans and a giant dehumidifier that did the trick.
We also opted for the antimicrobial carpet cleaning, which I wanted done before Thanksgiving so we could set up our tree on clean carpets. The office worked with me to schedule an appointment on «Thanksgiving Eve» and Kevin stayed late to ensure that everything was cleaned properly and all of our questions were answered.
TBL: Efficient, thorough, accommodating. Hopefully we will never have to call again, but if we do, I am confident they will do a good job.
