Bagel Time Cafe

Order a tuna and bagel and they gave me a tuna sandwich with onions. It was more money, so they just decided to sell me this instead. The coffee was terrible. I liked the bagel place that was here before, this place is not the same and never been back!

I came today visiting from New York I’ve been coming here for years and after yesterday morning will not be back. The manager of the restaurant was yelling across the restaurant at an employee saying I’m the manager I’m not taking the table you are. Aside from the yelling he was cursing which made me wonder what is this a circus. if that’s how management treats the employees l wonder about the owners. Will be letting my friends and family know bagel time isn’t a café but a circus so bring the kids for a show. NOT

Most amazing place. The women working behind the counter is the sweetest women, and the service was amazing. The food was really good.

I placed an order for delivery. The order arrives. Only half the order arrived and not a single item in the order was correct. I called to rectify the order and was told to correct their mistake I would be charged an extra delivery fee. Two hours later the delivery has not arrived and I call back and ask to speak to a manager and I am told that there is no manager and to call back in 15 minutes. What a customer experience nightmare.

You should come to Bagel Time Café if you enjoy overpaying for mediocre food with a side of extreme rudeness.
I came here today and was blown away by the active hostility the employees showed to both each other and to customers. The woman behind the counter and the guy manning the coffee area couldn’t be bothered to look away from their phones. In the 10 minutes that I was there, the woman behind the counter yelled at an employee, a guy making a delivery and a customer who innocently asked if a container sitting on the counter was his cappuccino. I was almost afraid to ask what the options were for cream cheese but fortunately was only punished with an eyeroll. The coffee guy just barked at me «milk or black» when preparing the coffee.
When my food arrived, I ran out with the bag before anything else bad could happen. The coffee was a huge disappointment; very weak. Really just hot brown water. The bagels were good but barely toasted. I am generally not a fan of the inch-​thick layer of cream cheese that typically comes sandwiched in between the bagel halves, but in this case, the bagel and the cheese had barely gotten a chance to know one another before the knife came in and broke them up.
I paid nearly $ 16 for 2 coffees and 2 bagels. No extra charge for the rudeness

I love this place, keep coming back! The food’s great, the ambiance is so pleasant and comfortable! The staff is really nice! Try their cakes, irresistible!!!

4 stars because the food is that awesome! Great variety for a dairy restaurant.
Service is OK, they don’t let you wait long and very well priced.

Yum, yum and yum!!! Enjoyed our breakfast here for three days in the row. Impressed with the staff and the delicious food!!!

Been going here for 6 years and LOVED it when mel and eunice ran it. NOW, the same lady that works the cash register is RUDE to me every single time i come in. both on the phone and in person. Today was the last straw. She was RUDE yet again, knocked my iced coffee off the counter and didnt even offer to fill it back up half way. THEN i called in to complain because i was so flustered and the manager put me on hold to take another order after i filed a complaint, didnt even say SORRY!!! disgusting. i will NOT be going anymore… MISS YOU MEL YOU KNEW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT!!!

Good leadership doesn’t mean trying to correct failures at your own employees expense. Seems like the failure is from management. The staff should be a reflection of you instead of the excuses for a lackluster operation.
You have potentially a great thing in your hands. Make it work.
Your location is convenient, better option than the fast food around.
Ps: real smoothies will be a great addition. (I mean real…)

I’ve only ever gone for breakfast. They have a decent $ 6.95 special that includes eggs, bagel, coffee and your choice of either potatoes or Israeli salad. Both options are great. The food is not going to knock your socks off but it’s good.
The staff is nice. Things take a bit longer than you might expect but they’re getting better. The ambiance is nice: big, open dining room, lots of big Jewish families and older couples.

This place is out of their minds. I went in to get a cup of coffee, place looked okay, nothing great. I asked for a coffee and she said okay that will be $ 4.32. I corrected her saying I just wanted a plain coffee and she said that is the price. Um what? Did I just order a soy latte at Starbucks or a cup of joe from a hole-​in-​the-​wall bagel place that should have been $ 1.25? This place is kidding themselves, I walked out and will not be returning though I live down the street.

Four stars for the bagels and cream cheese. Very very good!
Service was more like two stars — there seemed to be way too many people staffed, all of whom seemed incompetent based on the supervisor’s criticism of them. I’m not blaming the supervisor — he did point out some things that did seem inappropriate — like failure to turn on the switch for the refrigerated section for the cake.
Hope the staff training is sorted out because their bagels were tasty!

Went for a breakfast on Sunday. Food was tasty and portions were ample. Service was good. Not cheap but not beach-​expensive. Would return without any concerns.
