The eggs were burnt and place is small. For American food it’s ok. But it can be better

I came here with my girlfriend because we were looking for happy hour deals that had a 2 for 1 offer. We explicitly were looking for a deal where we get 2 drinks for the price of 1, not buy one get one free(because then we would each need to drink 2 per person), the loud recruiter outside quickly assured us this is the case and pushed us to go sit down, but when we sat down to order, it was actually not what he promised. The waitress seemed pissed that we were only getting one drink, and getting her attention took 20 minutes. The drinks were okay, a bit on the strong side but passable. What I did like about this place is the dance floor inside, at the time we went(8pm on Saturday), the entire inside was turned into a dance floor playing pop Latino music where there was a live DJ and people jammed on the dance floor, it was a great alternative to a club without having to pay for cover or wait in a long line, we had a good time dancing after our drinks, which is the only reason I am giving them 3 stars.

At first we were told it was 20% off each menu item and the drinks were buy 1 get one free. we paid 300 for the meal which was ridiculous!!! We were at Larios on the beach which is one of the restos of Gloria Estefan. The food there was amazing, but we only paid about $ 120 for two people with a pitcher of mojito, extra sides, and no special prices! We feel we got ripped off. I understand were in «miami beach» and things aren’t cheap. but the meal at this place was way overpriced.

Me and my two friends stopped by this restaurant for our first dinner in South Beach. We liked the nice outdoor patio, but everything else just stinked! Their oysters were very scary looking. We returned them and our waiter’s comment was: «Why are you girls scared of big things» .I find this as an unnecessary and rude comment… But hey, who am I to jump to conclusions? Then we asked for a seafood paella, a 20-something dollars item on the menu. On the bill it was $ 120! When we asked to see that price on the menu, they said it was a «special». It sure was a «special» for us when we got the bill. They are trying to rip off 3 girls, all college students from NY that work in the restaurant field for way too many years to encounter this. Thanks for starting our spring break vacation on the right foot, Deco! And thanks for taking 20% off from that $ 120 platter! If I knew that was the price for that platter, I wasn’t going to feed your neighborhood cat lobster and enjoyed every piece of it!

I can only base my review off having drinks at this place. The night we frequented this place it was raining. Ocean Drive was not as packed as I imagine normally is. We originally walked by this place looking for wet willies. A lady and a man stood outside yelling«2 for 1 drinks»… When we decided to go we sat on the patio outside and drank. The drinks were huge! Needless to say I don’t remember much about the night except before the drinks and making it back to the room. Minus one star for it not being as clean in the restrooms.

Price wasn’t too bad being that this place is on ocean drive. The drinks were buy 1 for $ 25 get 1 free which was kind of worth it. They were huge and full of liquor.

This had all the appeal of an old timey carnival with its side show barkers. We went there for my birthday dinner, and no one left happy. We were lured by the dinner special and the host said that it was happy hour with 20% off. Beware of the items that aren’t priced like the appetizer menu. A simple plate of meats, olives and cheese was $ 50. Though it was our fault for not asking in the first place. The staff was very smug. When the bill came there was no 20% discount but after alerting the server she did give it, only after asking the host to make sure we weren’t lying. Never again! Never again! go a block or 2 and eat at a normal restaurant and save yourself the hassle, and the money. Booooo Hiss

Two words happy hour! They serve ginormous drinks as big as your head and they are 2×1. It’s on the main drag so you can people watch which we did. The food was ok but on the pricey side. My pasta was overcooked but the other people in the party enjoyed their food hence the reason for the 4 stars.

This place is a disgusting excuse for a restaurant… we were scammed big time at this establishment and I beg you not to go here! We were told it was happy hour and 2 for 1 drinks so we ordered 2 mojitos… turns out each mojito is $ 35 and you cannot use the deal for two different ppl… and I am telling you the drinks are so huge it’s impossible for someone to drink two… the food is mediocre as well. I asked the server for a grilled grouper sandwich and it came out fried. There was a definitely a language barrier with the waiter and staff. I asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude to me and obviously didn’t care about the the happiness of the customers. This place is a TOURISTTRAP and we are locals… please DONOTGO!!!

This review is for drinks. Went twice and both times I was disappointed with how the staff tried to rip us off. They serve massive two for one rum fruit smoothies that are supposed to be accompanied by two Coronas, included in the price. Neither time did the staff include the Coronas and we had to ask for them. The second time, we ordered three drinks and did not realize it was two for one in the evenings, as well as during happy hour. Instead of offering the fourth drink, the waitress said nothing. Not okay. The regular drinks are over priced and if you must go here, it should only be during happy hour.

Passion fruit mojito was great but didn’t taste any alchohol and it was mostly ice. DOC pizza wasn’t that great just Ok. If u want real wood fired pizza go to Spris. They did give us each a free lemon drop shot :) so I’m happy.

Gross food and drinks and overpriced. Had the chips with guacamole taste like the stuff I once bought at Walmart. The frozen drinks have no flavor.

This place is right on the strip(primo South Beach location). Like all the other places, they aggressively pursued everyone in my group of 7 to choose them over the other similar places. After the haggler assured us their food was the best we decided to go in. The menu was short and simple. We all ordered fish, ranging from Scottish Salmon(absolutely nothing Scottish about it), to tilapia and I ordered the fried red snapper. All the food was actually pretty good, like 3.5 stars. But the service was awful! No… Atrocious! Our waitress, Nadia, argued with my colleague and insistent he never ordered a cup of soup. She even went as far as to shake her head and said, «you shook your head and said no I don’t want the soup». She forgot to bring out my salad. Then when I reminded her she had it brought out with my entrée. No refill. Never checked in on us. Oh, and the food was over priced. Loud music from a guy with a guitar and a tap dancer, who later attempted to peddle her CD to us. I won’t be back.

Too bad I can’t give zero/negative stars. In retrospect, we could have stopped at CVS and eaten more a satisfying meal. I generally try to avoid writing bad reviews but I sincerely hope this one deters you from stopping. Don’t be fooled by their cute light fixtures and pillow/bench combos. Here’s what makes this place the worst: 1) false advertising. As with all other ocean drive reataurants, these guys sell their happy hour hard. Except here you pay $ 16 for two drinks — two VIRGIN drinks. Such a scam. 2) food was lousy — artichoke dip was salty and flavorless. Caprese salad had mealy tomatoes. Bread was stale. 3) service was abysmal, especially because we were one of a small handful of folks eating there. If I need to wave down our server for water and our check, it’s bad. Don’t make the same mistake we did — the moment you hear happy hour drinks cost extra to have alcohol in them, just leave.

Over a half hour later, nothing… The person outside really did a good job recruiting patrons, but the servers could not keep up! Oh well. Had ordered a blue drink of some sort and finally it arrived. Boy was it ever good. Ordered an appetizer for the table of chips and quacamole — quite tasty. No complains except that it took forever and glad that this was ordered to appease our appetites. I didn’t realize that that one drink cost $ 25 — yow!!! Needless to say that is all the liquids I ordered. Anyway, the service and price for this place does not compute! My bill for just one person was over $ 50 for a lunch! Ouch, even for South Beach I think this is a bit too much. Then they say service was not included on the receipt but if you look at the bill(look at photos) it is added into the total! Would I go back, absolutely not. On the way out of this place I did take a picture of someone’s perfect lobster! Yum, but wonder how much that cost?

All of the restaurants on the boardwalk seemed to have the same deals and they were all so pushy. My boyfriend and I decided to stop here because the hostess offered 2 for 1 drinks, 20% off the food and a free shot for both of us. The drinks were huge and cost $ 25 each. The waitress first tried to tell us that we both had to order 2 drinks each to get the deal. She had to ask someone in the back to authorize that we could buy one drink each and still get the deal. We would have definitely walked away otherwise. The drinks were ok, not great. The oysters were good but over priced at $ 29 for a dozen. The citrus crab salad was good with a little bit of salt and pepper. It’s ridiculous that they automatically add gratuity to your bill because the waitress wasn’t that great. I think I’ll try one of the other restaurants available next time.

Beware scammers! Beware of unpriced drinks — they’re large, filled with mixers and a splash of cheap liquor @ $ 55 a pop! The food is mediocre at best. Do your wallet and taste buds a favor and do not come here.

Want a drink the size of your head, filled with cheap liquor cleverly masked in some colorful juice beverage? This is your place! Open late, outside seating, and stupidly big drinks. Vacation mode can happen here. You also may regret that stupidly big drink in a few hours after the side effect of maniac drunken dancing at the nearby South beach clubs wears off. The food here is just so-so. A crab cake is a mushy lumped thing of crab that tastes like my dog dragged it out of the ocean 2 weeks ago. Not good! The fried appetizer is good but I have to account for the fact that fried things are delicious anyway! coconut shrimp(not the best I’ve had but hey… fried!). Fish sticks(eh). chicken wings(not bad either). The garlic aioli is probably my favorite part of this platter. The crab salad is pretty decent. Probably the best thing I ate here. Main objective if you have a seat here is to order one of those stupidly big drinks. They don’t even tell you its a big drink. It just comes out as such and you marvel at their large glassware. I mean Mayor Bloomberg of NYC would have a hissy fit if he found out how much sugar can be contained in their one glass. I ordered a specialty cocktail(the Key Lime Pie martini). It was in a normal sized glass and it was just a creamy bland mess filled with the slightest hint of alcohol. You’re better off with some cheap vodka+juice combination.

This place is trash with its cheap menu options. I had waffles which looked amazing but they were crunchy and very over cooked. At any rate my Mimosa was all I decided to enjoy. I hate Ocean Drive dining. Prime One Twelve has set the standard in Waffles for me.

Imagine walking through this strip of restaurants and all people want to do is drag you in for a happy hour meal. While the other locations were forthcoming with how their happy hour is structured they charged us an arm and a leg while we sat down. Other couple was arguing with them half the time about the bill and angrily dropped $ 20 and left. Food: The food was not amazing. I don’t even remember what I ordered… I was too angry sipping on my $ 20 margarita(DURINGHAPPYHOUR). Service: Meh Environment: You get a view of South Beach during the day and drunk hot men and woman walking by at night. So pretty good I’d say?
