Doctor Jet Ski, Inc.

This was the worse customer service experience of my life. We are here for a bachelorette party and just wanted a carefree time but this was just stress and horrible customer service! We had 2 jet skies and one broke after 10 min of use. We literally needed boaters to help us get back to the dock. We let the owner know and not only was he not a people person but he literally raised his voice trying to look for a reason not to give us our money back! We would have been happy with a simple solution like why not provide us another jet ski but no he wanted to give us an extra 20 min on 1 jet ski and take our $ 300 for both jet skis. That’s not a reasonable solution. A great customer service experience would have been helping the customer. Things happen and I get it but his nasty attitude made it a horrible experience. Advice to the owner stay behind close doors and hire someone with great customer service experience to run your business. You do not do well as a customer service representative! People coming here beware now we are scared he is going to take our $ 600 deposit that’s suppose to be refunded if no accidents or damages occur. We left it in the condition we received it and fingers crossed he’s not that HORRIBLE of a person.

I have been there in May 26^th, to be honest — just because all of the rest were closed. Who will take the risk after the bad comment below ?
It turned to be the best thing I did in my vacation !
The «Israeli «guy was super nice. I asked what happened to the guy on the comment below — well -, who leave a jet ski on the water and keep on their life? Would you leave a rental car in the road ?
They have a private island next to the spot that we went with the jet ski — super nice stuff and I recommend this place !

So we fell for using the agent at the Trikke place first, paid them and had to find transportation to this location. Its a garage lined with huge dead cockroaches and their personal cockapoo. My group was able to get the information needed to jet ski but the other group was ill prepared as they were being rushed by the staff. There are NO lockers and NO Amex cards taken. Make sure you have your watch and waterproof camera. Leave everything else behind minus your drivers license.
Enjoyed the experience. Wish it was a little more organized.
Bathroom is atrocious. Have your clothes on and ready.
