HORRIBLESERVICE. First off I had to call the 800 number because the phone was not working. Then the manager calls me from her cell phone and took my order at 10am. I was told the arrangement would be their by 1230 or 1pm The delivery address was 6 blocks from their store. After 5 calls to them and nothing but lies from Iris, I canceled the order. 5pm is when they delivered. I could have hired a Mexican from Home Depot’s parking lot to walk there, pick the arrangment up, walk to the delivery address & walk back to Home Depot in those 9 hours. People if you truly don’t want your joyous celebration ruined, go anywhere but here. It’s utterly disgusting the lack of professionalism and customer service.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I expect my money to pay for good service these days but it seems like too much to ask. The manager of this company never followed up on my delivery which was never delivered and then refused to reimburse me for the birthday purchase I had made for my mother while in LA. It wasn’t just emotionally disturbing to have not had the ability to make my mother happy on the one day of the year that means the most but the fact that she also told me I was the manager and should just call my credit card company to disputed the charges was an extra double whammy. I wouldn’t trust this location or the managers of this operation.

I ordered a $ 150 bouquet and it was never delivered. After repeatedly calling to talk to Iris, the manager, she finally said they wouldn’t deliver to the address because nobody was home. LIE. Someone was home! Iris then said they would not refund and not try again to deliver the bouquet. I’m out $ 150!!! Not ok!

So it’s coming around that special time again, Mother’s Day. Just made an order and realized I actually forgot a few things. I’m in NY so it’s not possible for me to go into the store and get this fixed in person. I was hesitant about calling because I don’t always have the best luck in customer service experiences, but I had no choice. I thought I would be billed extra for the things I missed and possibly face a higher price, basically throwing my «special online savings» out the window. Opposite, opposite, opposite! Sometimes it’s not good to have a negative mind to it, I feel guilty not getting her name but whoever I spoke to was one of the best customer service reps(not saying that’s all she is) EVER! lol. She was able to adjust and fix some of the things I missed without extra billing, she reminded me to include a card saying(why did I skip this?), very needed. We spoke on delivery and when the best time would be that I was sure my mother would be home. She did inform me there will be many deliveries these days and they can possibly get backed up but assured she will try anything she can to get it delivered by this particular time. I’m surprised by the other reviews, my experience was great. I only included 4 star because the customer service was great, my questions were answered, my issues were fixed and I felt really assured by whoever I spoke to but she hasn’t received them yet. If my mother receives her Edible arrangements on time and is very please with them, then I will return and give 5 stars. But overall great experience and great communication, especially from long distance!

The worst! I ordered two arrangements and one came. I called and was told they would look into and call me back. No one did. I called later and they said they would send a new one out but couldn’t guarantee when it would get here. You’d think it would be a priority since it was not delivered as it should have been. By the time it got here, everyone was gone and ruined Admin Day for our admin. Additionally, it came without the balloon and gave me a hard time. Never Again!!!

Horrible, my whole experience with this location was horrible. My arrangement was not delivered and showed as delivered when I checked my status online. I demanded a refund which I’m still waiting to receive(over 7 days ago). They weren’t apologetic in regards to my great frustration. I’ve never had to deal with this at other edible arrangements locations.

I’m giving this location 2 stars because as the recipient I loved and enjoyed all of my arrangements. But the purchaser of my arrangements would say that their experience there was nothing pleasing. The service was rude, it seemed as if no one was there and when someone did arrive they were more attentive to their phone then the customers.

ZERO stars!!! Every single review on this place is accurate. I am so upset I did not check Unilocal before placing my order. My daughter’s Birthday fell on a Sunday last month so when I went to their main website this location was the only one to deliver in our area. Shame, shame on me for not checking the reviews. My daughter has always wanted one of their arrangements so I decided since I was not going to be in town for her Birthday I would surprise her and order a beautiful delicious fruit basket. So $ 150.00 later yes her arrangement got delivered on the correct day but when she and a friend went to start eating the fruit it was falling off the stick, mushy and all the fruit was brown and rotten. Talk about a disappointment! I get back into town ask her if she enjoyed it and she was so disappointed that she had to throw out the entire thing. Two days ago I call the location to tell them how upset I am. I mean $ 150.00 spent for rotten old fruit, UNACCEPTABLE! The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet and seemed very concerned and told me a manager would call me back and make this right. Two days, still no call. The ironic thing is I see their Bio here on Unilocal about they want every customer happy and strive on Customer Service. What a joke! DONOTORDER from this location. Sad because it has put a very bad taste in my mouth now so I will never order another edible arrangement again. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE, TERRIBLEPRODUCT, WHAT A HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT!

TERRIBLE! I usually like Edible Arrangements but this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with them. I ordered an arrangement for a friend. She went to go pick it and they told her(very rudely) that it had been 3 days and the fruit was rotted. They never told her that there was a limited time for pick up. the whole time they were SO incredibly RUDE. The owner had no customer service skills at all! She did NOTHING to compensate for the situation at all. I will NEVERORDERFROMTHEMAGAIN. Dont go here!

I love edible arrangements but this the absolute worst location they have. The customer service is non existent and they put no effort into the arrangements whatsoever. I placed an order with them for my husbands birthday when i got there to pick it up no one was in the store but I could hear music playing in the back area. I waited for a few minutes and began calling their phone from my cell while standing inside the location. Just rang and rang until the voice mail picked up. Finally I decided to walk to the back area of the store to find a sloppy looking girl passed out asleep. She apologized profusely when I woke her and I wasn’t super upset about it until she informed me that my order wasn’t ready(they were about to close in 20 minutes and id placed the order online 8 days prior). Unacceptable.

HATEDIT! Unfortunately my online order was sent to this store. Needless to say my mother in law never received her Mother’s Day arrangement due to their inept personnel. Absolutely poor service and seemingly unconcerned management. They didn’t even respond to the website comments I sent. No stars if I could help it. Best service is at the NMB store

Don’t go here!!! They are terrible. Drive to another location! Got my basket and all the chocolate was melted like it was left in the hot sun, all the fruits were all over the basket and the driver dropped off the basket at the front desk and left knowing that basket was a hot mess. Never had a problem with the other locations.
