Elite Bartending School

This people are amazing! I would definetly recommend it to anybody willing to learn how to bartend — guys but really bartend. Some of the people who were in a class with me didn‘t know anything about drinks when we started, and after two weeks they are ready to bartend in high volume places. Don‘t go there if you are not serious about it, because, that is the job, not a playground! If you are ready to work hard, you will have amazing expirience with this people. Also, if you are serious about it, they will give you a chance to recover invested money by offering you posibility to work in diferent events. Those guys are profesionals and they are in this buissines for decades. Thank you Kevin and Miranda, you ROCK!!!

Best Bartending School Ever! Didn’t know much about bartending before I registered and after completing the course I am much more confident and comfortable behind the bar. The instructors are great and really want you to learn things the right way and to succeed. I also love that they have job leads and event staffing so you can always find work. Extremely happy with the education I got at Elite and I will definitely be back for more courses.

Quick update: I’ve been working at the American Airlines Arena for a year now thanks to Elite, who got us to the front of the line at the job fair. I also worked Ultra Music Festival in January.

Elite Bartending School is absolutely a learning experience!!!
Before enrollment I did my research on EVERY bartending school in Miami Beach. They have their state license and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. But only attend this school if you are serious about the program. Elite Bartending School earned their high reputation because the Instructors are passionate at what they do.
My instructor was Ms. Elda, who was very professional, friendly and always making sure we did our homework. Yes we had lot’s of homework which was completely beneficial and knowledgeable, especially for the test’s! Note each class only has 6 students which means you have a lot of one on one time with your instructor. I was enlightened how to up sell, what to do in bar like situations, pos system, laws and procedures. This class exceeded my expectations to the fullest.
Since this school is located in a club, the atmosphere couldn’t be more authentic. You practice making drinks in a working bar.
Overall I highly recommend Elite Bartending School to everyone. Elda, Austin, Gordon and Kevin are truly inspirational. Thank you Elite Bartending School for making my experience exceptional.

Just moved to Miami about a month and a half ago (mid March 2011). New to the area, looking to make a new start… I chose Elite based on the reviews here and elsewhere. I tend to be a cynic, and was very guarded/​cautious about approaching the school because I thought it might just be a money mill for the owners (thought the reviews might have been «plants»!). Nothing could be further from the truth. Austin, Kevin and Gordon are truly passionate about their craft and will bend over backwards for those who are willing to pony up sincere effort. Each has their own style, and combined they provide a very comprehensive education on all aspects of tending bar. When I walked in 2 weeks ago I thought there was NO WAY I could absorb all the information they expected students to master. Today I walked out with a certificate and the confidence to make that new start. I’m thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their operation and look forward to bigger and better things from them as time goes on — they’re already working on a flair course! I also look forward to keeping in touch through their frequent job lead updates. Thanks guys and good luck with everything.

ELITE is by FAR the best bar tending school for any beginner or expert in Miami Beach hands down! I worked with them to improve my position. Gordon gives great advice and Austin is a great teacher. I can tell they work hard for their students and it really shows. I would recommend Elite Bartending School to anyone thinking about going 100%! This program is the real deal for getting a banging job on the beach bottom line.

Elite Bartending School has been a fantastic experience for me, and still is… That lifetime membership is a real benefit. From the practical quality content of the classes to the dedication of the professors/​bartenders, Elite has been great. At first, I was somewhat skeptical of every bartending school. Since I really wanted to improve my bartending/​mixologist education, I did my research and then picked State Licensed schools only. I then visited them in person. The course content may be similar (pouring methods, hands on training, point of sale training, drink recipes, etc, but as soon as I met these guys, saw the setting (an ACTUAL Club in So​.Be.!) and realized how well connected they are, I had made my decision. I now know I made the right one! Their assistance with job placement is already worth the price of the course. Guys, keep up with that good work!
