I was so pleased with Epicure South Beach Floral shop. Jared is the best! He helped me with my wedding flower arrangements from start to finish. He is a visionary and created a beautiful arrangement of flowers and candles for our intimate dinner setting. Jared delivered the flowers and set-​up the table. He connected with my event coordinator and went to look at the venue weeks before the date. Phenomenal customer service & personal interest in taking care of their customers! It was seamless working with Jared and I literally felt stress-​free during the entire process.

I am new in town, but I’m so happy to have stumbled across this little botanical oasis on Alton! The Epicure Florist has such a beautiful assortment of flowers to offer, but many other plants, too. It is not a large shop, but the variety is just perfect. Plus, the staff is so friendly and courteous. Laurie is always eager to help me find exactly what I’m looking for, no matter how large or small my requests are! I can’t wait to find the right counter top for my new little Ficus Tree :)

Terrible customer service. I called and set up an appointment for a consultation for wedding flowers. They looked surprised when I showed up. Then I was told my idea was «simple.» Ok whatever just send me a quote. Nothing for weeks. Emailed a week ago. Still no response. So might have great flowers (I don’t know because they don’t respond) but horrible rude customer service.
Update: apparently the employee I dealt with is no longer employed there and I got a very nice apology!
