Eyes On Lincoln

My wife purchased a pair of Ray Bans here while on vacation. The lady that helped up was nice, not pushy and showed us several glasses with out losing patience or over selling. Did homework prior to. makomg purchase and had a good purchase price.

Fortunately, I had a great experience with my visit. I was looking to purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Claudia L was very patient with me and assisted me with trying on numerous pairs until I selected two I was firm on. It took a while and Claudia was patient throughout. We went back and forth on options such as transition lenses, two tone/​solid tints, etc. Finally, I purchased both pairs and they were ready in less then 48 hours; which I found to be amazing as other locations I’ve shopped at have taken from 7 to 10 days to be ready.
Please note, the sales are final. one can only obtain store credit or an exchange. No cash or credit card refunds. I had no problem with this as I had asked what their return policy was prior to swiping my card.
Overall, pretty good experience. Comparing them to other sites/​locations, I had realized I was quoted less than the others at this location. I am very happy with my purchase.

Visiting from New York and my mykita mylon metal hinge just spontaneously broke. Now I need the hinge replaced or I have to walk around with tape holding my glasses together for the rest of my miami vacation. I called up Eyes on Lincoln (listed on the kykita website) and spoke with Javier who informed he carries that line of glasses, has replacement hinges in stock and knows how to do the repair. Indeed 1h later my taped up glasses, that I bought in Paris, were back to new. The store has a great selection of optical and sunglass frames of all different high end brands. Real nice stuff and a few happy customers leaving with their goods while I waited. I could not be more impressed with their service or store. Thanks Javier.

I had a great experience here. Javi quoted me a reasonable price for a pair of Ray-​Ban frames that I didn’t end up purchasing until later. When I picked them up, I was charged less than quoted. Can’t complain. Good service and good selection.

Their prices change like the weather in Miami.
Stopped by in the morning while getting a coffee, didn’t have any money on me, went by later that day only to find out that they had increased in price by 35.00.
These people are not normal, poor customer service, couldn’t care about the consumer. Do not deal with these people.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I live on SOBE and bought a pair of sunglasses that I purchased on a Sunday night. When I put them on in the AM I saw a scratch. Took them back and I have been given the run around ever since. Say they called and ordered them. Every time I call to check on them it is like ground hog day. Like I am explaining it again and again. No new sunglasses after months.
Just don’t waste your time. Manager and staff are like the Russians that run Washington St. clothing stores. Save your money and go to Sun glass hut or online. Place is a rip off. All I know is you tell more people about bad experiences and I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

They don’t tell you that all the sales are final and that there is no return. This store is a scam. Like some other reviewer said they are dishonest in their pricing as well.

Stopped into this high end eyewear store today on Lincoln Rd in South Beach Miami and had an experience unlike any before at any retail concern. I was buying a gift for a family member, a pair of Gucci sunglasses. When I offered my Amex for payment I was asked for ID which is ok. What was NOT ok was they insisted they would not process my purchase (yes I could NOT buy the sunglasses) if I didn’t allow them to store my personal information (name, tel number, home address zip code etc) in their data base. This has GOT TO BE ILLEGAL. They said no purchases are allowed without the buyer even without permission giving up this information. That’s just a ruse to use your personal ID info to sell to others in my opinion. I have never been required to give up my personal information if I had proper ID and a valid credit card for a purchase. They wouldn’t even run my AMEX without taking all this data.
I am reporting them to the Attorney General State of Florida, as I believe it is illegal for a retailer to REQUIRE such personal information to be stored to allow a purchase. In an age of rampant ID theft one should never give up such information to any source without a good reason and this store had not good reason and would not give me any… just told me without this data no sale. Their loss.
I am writing this review to warn others about what could be a attempt to use your valuable identity information for less than truthful reasons. I did NOT make the purchase and left to buy the goods elsewhere.
