Went in to get the battery in my watch replaced. The guy improperly aligned the watch inside the casing – preventing me from using the mode button and setting the time/​date.
On top of this, he didn’t even adjust the clock hands – which needed to be readjusted to match the digital readout. When I got home, I had to take the watch apart, readjust the clock hands, then realign the clock placement just to get the side buttons to work. Also, it looks like he didn’t even lubricate the gasket (I have a waterproof G-​Shock).
So, basically, I paid just over $ 16 for someone to give me a $ 2 battery for my watch, risk damaging the part that actually makes the watch waterproof, and then let me do all the work of taking everything apart and fixing it properly.

The owner Luis is a consummate pro and handles his customers like they were friends. I highly recommend Goldtime.

I took a watch in for a battery change. the watch came back the same day with moisture under the glass. I called to let them know and I was told to bring the watch back the following day when the tech, who replaced the battery, would be back. I did so. then the watch was returned to me with the hands broken off within the crystal. I called an left a message for the owner who did not call me back… I called again and caught the owner to explain the situation. I understand mistakes happen and I really do not want to get anyone in trouble of loosing a job… but the battery replacement clearly went very bad… Defensive owner…
Life is short and certainly more valuable than my $ 450 Nixon watch (which I loved) .I am clear on perspective… but reputation for making a wrong right lost!

Shamoooo! ‘1^st’ number two in Miami. I love it, yes I do. So what wondrous place of joy was unearthed this time. Well any man worth his salt will take a little something back to his lady when he journeys from the nest. This time I decided to purchase my loved one a little jewellery. Or should I say the jewellery chose me. I shop on instinct, something has to leap off the shelf at me, the item and I have to connect. There was a beautiful Italian glass crafted heart that screamed out for me to buy it regardless of price. ‘Happy happy, joy joy!’ 50−70%% off signs everywhere. This place just gets better.
I purchased my little Italian heart and immediately became drawn to the remaining shiny treats that decorated this archetypal jewellers. I seem to remember there being a great selection on silver and white gold bling that I know is highly sort after by the Miami massive. As much as I hate to admit, I love a little bling too.
Lets be frank… Any store with 50% off signs is going to cause intrigue. Goldtime just happen to have some great stock too. Gosh I love this city.
P. s. After all my gushing, I must admit a little voice whispers «Do you think those 50% signs ever come down? Is the 30^th anniversary for real?» My other little voice says «Who cares?»
