One star because of the office staff. Dr. Moise had to cancel all of her patients with 3 days notice due to a surgery, which is completely understandable. However, I had been waiting for this appointment for 5 weeks! I was told her next available wouldn’t be until another 5 – 6 weeks. The support staff didn’t care for my time or schedule and only tried to rush and get me off the phone. I assume avoidance was their way of taking care of the situation. I was promised they would give me a call back later in the day to reschedule a sooner appointment, but was not surprised when I never received a call back. When I called them I was hung up on. Again, avoidance. Then after several attempt, finally was able to reach the office again, and it was the same thing, as if it was my first time calling. Nothing was resolved. How can I trust my health or a pregnancy with Dr. Moise, if it is impossible to see her or work with her office staff?

Dr. Moise is ok. She is always in a rush and has a quick consultation. The staff is extremely disorganized in the Miami and in the Aventura office. They made be go to the office twice for no reason! They never checked my file before telling me I needed an appointment to do something I had already done. It’s a waste of time and I’m changing doctors for that.

At first I thought she was great. Very friendly, but when I had signs of an infection, she shrugged it off like no big deal. Two days later I started gettting symptoms and called back to see about getting a prescription filled. The office staff confirmed I had the infection and needed a prescription, but only the doctor could write it. I have called twice a day for the last week and still no response or prescription and my symptoms are getting worse. I will never go to her again. Beware… get everything you need while you are there or good luck!

I recently decided to go on vacation in Miami when disaster struck and I ended up in the ER at Mount Sinai Hospital. I had an ovarian cyst so large they ended up having to take out my right ovary completely. My surgeon was Dr. Moise. Laying in the waiting area to get my surgery I was terrified. As soon as she walked in she explained the procedure and why it needed to happen. She made me feel so comfortable(as comfortable as you can be in a situation like that). After the surgery she checked in with every day to see how I was doing. She took care of any requests I had instantly and answered all of the questions I had patiently and thoroughly. She even released me late Sunday so I could be out of the hospital for my birthday on Monday. I had a follow up appointment that Tuesday so she could approve me for travel back to California. She was quick, diligent and very sweet. I would definitely recommend her as a doctor and a surgeon and if I were to get pregnant I would want her over any other OB/GYN I’ve ever had out here in California.

This is for all the ladies looking for a «girl Doctor» as I call them. Yes, slightly embarrassing to review… but we’re all supposed to go… so I may as well let you know if I find someone who won’t traumatize you. I can’t speak for her obstetrics skills, since I’m not prego, but I saw her for an annual exam and everything went pretty good. I got the first appointment of the day and got there a little early to fill out paper work. The office staff only gets about 3 stars because they were not the nicest, but I got in and out for my visit within an hour… so, that makes me happy. When the doc came in to see me, she(Yes, it is a woman even though her name is Dr Jeff Moise) was kind and professional. Didn’t make me feel nervous and completed everything quickly and efficiently. I’ll keep her! I don’t plan on looking for another doctor when the dreaded«girl doctor» annual exam rolls around again next year.
