I’m doing Jennifer’s online program and I love it. Her questionnaire shows how detailed her knowledge is. When developing a plan she really takes everything into account and makes it fit your personal needs. She gives great nutrition advice as well. I love her newsletter with tips, motivation, and recipes. The 30-min-training plan she gave me is something I can do and I enjoy doing. Three times a week — that’s it. I’ve lost 15 pounds in two months so far. I quit my gym and only do Jennifer’s plan. Finally a program that works for me, that I can do everywhere I like. I still have a very long way to go, but for the first time I feel confident that I can do it — thanks to Jennifer’s program and her amazing support. She’s always available for questions via email or phone and kicks my butt even from the other side of the country. Can’t wait to visit friends in Miami and finally take one of Jennifer’s classes in person.
