Unfortunately, sometimes, the best way to get the attention on an office like this is thru Unilocal. We will see. I had a VERY disturbing experience with Mr. Warren Miller from Billing. Basically, I was on a conference call with my insurance company, and him, trying to figure out why my claim kept getting rejected. The insurance company told him he was using the incorrect ID# since I had changed insurance companies and he was using the new one and not the old one. He didn’t know I was on the line and said«patients are so DUMB, they don’t tell you these things!» I was shocked! I told him I was on the line and I had called last month about the same issue and HE told me it was fine and not to worry about the bill and he was going to reprocess it. I told him he was the dumb one not me. I have been on top of this and all of my medical bills from day 1 of my pregnancy. After the issue was resolved between my insurance company and him, I asked to speak to his office manager, Barbara. He, of course, sent me to her VM where I left my information for her to call me back. This happened today. I have not heard back from her or anyone from the office. I am sure Mr. Warren Miller was very embarrassed. He did apologize to me by saying«sorry, I did not know you were on the line» but that is definitely not they way to go. As a patient, we don’t fully understand everything to do with medical billing, that is why they are there to help us, we’d hope. Instead, they point fingers and blame it on you or the insurance company. I did my due diligence and contacted their billing department to make sure THEY get paid and this gets resolved. I had even called last month about this same issue and explained my situation to them. So sad to see that as a patient we do what we need to do and contact them for help and assistance and they turn around and call us dumb and offer no help at all. Mr. Warren Miller was rude from the start but I just brushed it off and assumed he was helping me as best he could. The truth was he was never even listening to what I had to say and pointed the finger at the insurance company. At the end, HE was the one using the wrong information to process the claim and now HE has to reprocess the paperwork. I am no longer a patient of this practice but I have been dealing with this since July 2015(it is now almost November). You can have good doctors, but if your office workers treat your patients like this, they will not only be unhappy but they will leave and not recommend you to others.

One of the best doctors i have been in this country. Very knowledgeable and caring. Very dificult to find a doctor that take the time to listen and take care of you. I could give him 10 stars. Highly recommend.

Excellent doctor! They are always friendly with patients, and give you an excellent service! Even if you have an emergency, they call you back within 3 minutes when you call in the middle of the night. Seriously, I highly recommend this doctor and their office in the Mount Sinai
