My husband and I found Josh online through his website. We live in NJ and wanted a vacation home in Miami and didn’t know anyone in Florida that could give us a referral. We contacted him 3 days before we were going to be in Miami and within 24 hours he was back to us with 25 listings matching our requirements. We ended up buying one of the units we saw on our first trip. Josh put us in touch with a mortgage guy and a lawyer who were great and totally on the ball. For 3 months Josh was available to us 24 hours a day — including a call he took while at a company holiday party and one he took while at a bachelor party — talk about dedication! He was constantly on top of our situation which was so reassuring since we were 1500 miles away. He went above and beyond to get our deal done and we are so grateful. In our opinion he is the only realtor to use in Miami. He found us our dream vacation spot, we were so lucky to find him.
