Old and dated equipment. I was sent to do MRI for my lower back, so my doctor could have a better idea of what’s going on, but the quality was so bad and resolution very low that Dr. have to guess. I even heard the same comments from my Orthopedic and Chiropractor! I’m not going back.

I visited Pro Diagnostics because they offered a better price than the other centers near my area but as most things, you get what you pay for. The waiting area is dirty and gross, there were dead worms everywhere on the rug, it seems that they hadn’t cleaned in over a year. It really just gives the place a bad first impression.
My appointment was for 9am and I waited for over an hour even though I arrived before my appointment and was the only person there. The technician (although very nice) stuck the needle in my vein over 6 times. I’ve never had a problem before but this guy clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The results were fast but overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
