I left message after message for a question regarding holiday hour access and a week goes by and no one calls you back– the staff is rude, they don’t want to be there and the facility is dirty. THE ONLY GOOD THING about this location is the gentleman who helps you moving your items if you need it– he should move to a better facility because this one is a disgrace.
