Amazing experience from start to finish! Every single person we interacted with was pleasant and genuinely happy to greet us. My friend and I had a massage and a mani/​pedi, we enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. The place is spotless. We had lunch in the outdoor relaxation room by the pool and it was great. We were both very happy with our services and enjoyed our chats with the staff. It felt like we had the place all to ourselves. It is very pricy but in this case you really do get what you pay for and more! Joan and Marisol did a great job with our nails and my friend couldn’t be happier with her massage with Aida. A huge thank you to Russell (Rostam) for making sure we were well taken care of, I don’t recall the names of the lovely ladies that attended to us in the locker room but they were incredibly generous.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!
Everyone is so pleasant and definitely want to go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and pampered. It doesn’t take long to get signed in and whisked away with the locker room attendant who brings out a welcome drink, a cold towel served on a platter with an orchid.
Once you get inside the locker rooms, your locker is opened and your sandals are waiting for you. They offer you bottled water and show you around the spa.
The women’s waiting room is gorgeous with a lot of things I nibble, drink and read. They offer a co ed area that is just as relaxing and is never full with views to the pools and cabanas.
My treatment was blissful and completely relaxing. They offer a brief consultation in the room and even a jewelry box where you can store some items.
The spa is super clean and nothing goes un noticed. You feel like royalty at all times. After your treatment, you’re offered champagne and a mini truffle.
My husband and I can’t wait to be back! Amazing facilities and staff!

I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage here ($ 180 + service charge).
Massage itself was super soothing and I had a great conversation with Chai.
But my favorite part was the champagne and truffle after my treatment!
Best spa experience!
Steam room, sauna, etc. are also available.
This spa is located on level «B.» Elevators were so cool btw.

This spa/​salon is in a beautiful hotel in bal harbour. And you get great service, but services are expensive. Paid a little too much for an eyebrow wax and i wasn’t 100% satisfied with how they turned out.

Amazing spa experience — from check-​in to massage to relaxation after! Great facility with sauna, steam, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor relaxation room. The massage therapist did a fantastic job and I felt so rejuvenated in just short 30 minutes. They brought champagne and a truffle out after the massage. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had nationwide and you can see all my other reviews in my spa list!
