Stacie and her team are fantastic. They do a great job, quickly, and for a fair price. They make it fast and easy to schedule appointments, and they always arrive on time and complete the job on schedule. I recommend SoBe Clean without hesitation to anyone who wants a top notch cleaning job. Two thumbs up!

I searched high and low, far and wide to find a good cleaning service and my experience with this company has far out done my expectations. I organize everything via text and charges are made automatically which cut out all the drama and time. They are very professional, kind and warm. They have a key to my house so when I am not there they can go in and do their magic. I highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else. They even told me if I am not happy with the service to let them know what went wrong and they will address the issue the next day with a cleaning or refund the charges.
In a sin city like Miami its a real joy to find a company as professional and reliable as this!

I normally don’t take the time to write a review, but I feel I owe it to unsuspecting people out there who may consider using this service. IT IS A COMPLETE RIP-​OFF!!! The charged me $ 150 to clean a ONE BEDROOM apartment and then left part of the apartment not cleaned! The two people they sent to clean were on the phone most of the time and laughed and talked the rest of the time as if they were at a slumber party not there to clean my apartment. The cleaning job was below average and the cost so far out of line with the service it was laughable. It was a complete DISASTER and I would highly recommend that you reconsider using this service. I never will again.

I am so happy I gave Sobe Clean a call. Stacie and her team are amazing! We have two cats that are in the prime of their shedding– and our apartment has never looked better! Very thorough and meticulous cleaning. Top to bottom things are spotless, shiny, and dust (and pet hair) free. Even though I want to keep them as my secret, I will most definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

They showed up late which was fine given that no one in Miami shows up on time. However, upon returning home the cleaners had placed dirty dishes from the dishwasher into the cabinets. In addition the cleaners left the floors very dirty. I sent pictures to the owner and all she could say was «I’m very sorry about that». Having worked in the hotel industry there is a term called «service recovery» which basically means trying to make things right to win the customer back. Nothing was done besides an apology. If you are a detailed person and like things to be cleaned properly, I would not recommend them. If you don’t have an eye for detail, they might work for you.

The cleaning was fine, my house looks great, however I’m taking off two starts because
1) they were 35 minutes late, and did not call to let me know. Instead, I received a text when they were 5 minutes late saying they were «on their way.» I had to call at 30 minutes late to get a time update.
2) I was given a $ 100 gift card which clearly says «Valid for gratuity and tax» and I was told it could not be used for gratuity.

It was really quick setting up the appointment, and then Stacie and her colleague came and cleaned my 2bed/​2 bath in under 2 hours. They were courteous and personable and our place looks really clean. It was money well spent, and I would recommend Sobe Clean to others.

what an amazing experience. Stacie is very professional and really good at what she does. After the first several times Stacie came to clean our house we were comfortable enough to leave her a key to the front door and run our errands. You can expect a really clean house every time.
We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs any cleaning services.

Far and away the best, most efficient reliable service around. They DETAILED my condo for the price of an ordinary clean. also love the convenience of being able to pay by credit card.

Hire this company if you want to make your life easier!!! They show up on time and do the job right the FIRST time around. Stacie is very professional and delivers exactly what she promises without any hassles. I know I can trust them to do a fantastic job every time. And they take credit cards… awesome.

This is seriously as good as it gets. Had these young ladies come and take care of my fathers condo. He has over 55 windows, and they tackled them with no problems. I have had other companies come over, for much less money and I have to tell you that you get what you pay for. With this company the price was outstanding for the quality of work that you get. Awesome group of women who had my fathers windows looking so clear that he even asked if they were there! Recommend them to many friends and family. Hands down the best…
