My girlfriend and I were walking outside the hotel looking for a waterproof camera to take shots on beautiful South Beach and came across this store. We looked in, looked at a few cameras and my cousin’s cousin who was also with us wanted one as well, they made us a deal if we both buy a camera he’ll throw in a free SD card. Your standard impulse buy. $ 100 for an ok, refurbished waterproof cam and we’re off to the white sand beach.
Fast forward about 4 days later and the camera goes out on me already. Buttons stop working, I can take pictures. I call up and speak with the manager Andrew, he said since it’s within 7 days just send it back and he’ll send me a new one, since we were leaving back to AZ the next day I waited till we arrived in Phoenix to send it back.
They shipped it right back and my stupid apartment complex thought it I didn’t live here so they returned it right back to the sender. Andrew from SoBe actually called me up to tell me they got it back and wanted a different address to send to, a couple days later the camera was at my parents place and I’m happy we have our working waterproof camera again.
Stores like these look kind of shady, no prices on anything, you wander what you’re really buying, but these guys were great to work with and didn’t even mention having me try to pay for shipping again!

Protip: You’re paying a premium for instant gratification, sure you can get the same camera for $ 20 cheaper or more online, but good luck taking pictures on your vacation as your camera is being shipped. It’s worth it guys!
