AMAZING REFORMER CLASSES WITH Christopher! you really feel great after the class. He gives you a great workout and really knows his stuff. he plays great music too. will definitely go back and recommend this class to anyone!

This is one of my fav studios, to start with: It’s close to my house, close to Lincoln Rd and apple a day juicery. They have barre classes also, which I’ve tried one and it was pretty good but I love my Pilates best.
Here are my 2 fav things about this place:
1 — The reformers! I love Pilates but I always get my hair stuck and lose a couple of them in those danm head/​shoulder rests no matter how I tie my hair… but NOT at this studio! The design of these reformers are simple and «ouch my hair!!» Free :)
2 — Carly!!! She is like the best instructor there. Her work outs are great for women focusing on tights and abs with a little bit of arms too for posture (we are NOT men, we don’t need Popeye arms)! She also watches everyone very closely to make sure all are in correct posture and CONTROL all the time.
Pilates isn’t American gladiators people! It’s about control and grace like ballet! So… if you want crazy Intense sh*t go to some bootcamp class please! I like my work outs like I like my life: smooth and in control with amazing results. I don’t understand why people are always looking to push their limits enough just to pull a muscle and have to be paralyzed for months without working out…
Anyways, yeah if you like the real Pilates and not some wakadoodle way to mess up your back with machines go to Carly’s class :)

This is an awesome studio in a great location in the heart of SOBE. The equipment is top notch, the owner Marilyne is super friendly and has recruited the top yoga, barre and pilates instructors in Miami Beach. If you are ready for a rocking pilates reformer class then sign up for WALEUSKA PALLAIS. WALEUSKA pushes her students to test their physical limits in a totally safe manner.

I’ve been coming here on and off since it opened. At first I would buy packages of classes when they were on gilt city/​groupon, etc., and now that I am a class pass member, I’m able to come a little more consistently.
I can’t review the pilates here as I’ve only ever taken the barre and (now no longer offered) yoga class.
I LOVE this studio! It is always clean, welcoming, and the classes are always a great workout. My favorite instructors are RAchel and Natasha — I would come every Tuesday and Wednesday to their classes if I could. It’s a great, all over body workout, that’s not too hard if you are a beginner but you have the ability to push yourself and make it harder if you need that.
Parking seems intimidating but it’s really not — there’s usually some on the street or in a small lot behind the studio. All are metter parking.
My ONLY negative is that since class pass has increased the popularity of this studio, there are a lot more people in the classes. Sometimes too many. It is a small room and when the instructors like us to kick or get off the mats and into the middle/​onto walls, there really isn’t enough space. Personally, stressing if I will kick someone or not being able to do something full out interferes with the quality of my workout.
If they limited the amount of people to a class to 7 tops, I would give it five stars.

In my opinion, Sobe Fit Body is the best studio on South Beach for taking classes. From the friendly greeting when you walk in the door, to the very clean atmosphere. The classes and instructors are great, the overall energy here just makes you feel comfortable. There are even lockers, so you can get changed and have a safe place to leave your things during classes. The owner is very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a place on South Beach that will certainly make you feel happy and healthy!

SobeFit has the makings of a great studio with clean facilities, new reformers and helpful instructors. I’ve been a member for 2 weeks and have to say I’m happy I joined.

I have been there twice. Very nice, spotlessly clean studio with new equipment, good instructor. The owner is great. I am thinking of joining for the year.
My only complaint is that the A/​C is a little too cold sometimes.

They will really work you out here! I will be back next time I visit south beach. I’m pretty new to yoga but they made feel comfortable and the instructors were knowledgeable and friendly.

I love this boutique, specialized studio. I’m a complete novice have never done yoga, pilates etc The instructors are caring and kind, the owner Marileyne is the loveliest lady. She is über responsive on email and really dissuades any kind of fears you may have. The studio is state of the art, clean and quiet. I highly recommend this wonderful studio. I’m not an exercise person by nature but I feel inspired to keep coming back. This is a true gem on South Beach, unpretentious and just plain Amazing.

I was invited to try a complimentary class sponsored by Gap Bodyfit. I enjoyed the yoga class. I also found the location to be very convenient.

SoBe Fit… for starters lets just say its a great way to start your day! Today was my first time there and had an absolute AMAZING experience. The owner was extremely welcoming and eager to tell us about the studio and classes they offer. Then we walked into the back room full of reformers (I had never used one so I was calling it «the machine» all morning). I soon grew to love this «machine». Our instructor was beyond amazing, helpful and so friendly which makes this working out procedure so much more enjoyable. Warm and friendly are just a few words to describe the environment here and I can tell you I will 100% be returning to SoBe Fit Body. The location is key and not to mention they will be opening a juice/​smoothie bar very soon!
For beginners and newbies like I… its an amazing class that is still fast pace but yet calming at the same time hard to explain! The jumping board was my favorite part! If you have time to stop by I definitely think you will fall in love with this studio, the owner, the instructors and the classes .all while you are getting a great workout. Check it out!

I have been driving by this gym every day on my way to work and finally decided to give it a try since it’s conveniently located on Alton, right in my neck of the woods. I checked out the schedule online and was torn between the many options, but decided I’d give pilates a go. The owner, Marilyne, was extremely accommodating and patiently answered my array of questions regarding schedule, instructors, and the like. Let’s just say pilates is a bit of an uncharted territory for me so I had my doubts.
When I arrived at the studio, I was impressed by how clean and nice the space was. Marilyne greeted us at the front desk and we were led back to the pilates room. Everything here was state of the art– brand new machines, high-​tech speakers, and wood floors. Our instructor, Darlene, was amazing. She was patient and took time to explain each move while still keeping the class fast-​paced. I can definitely say she worked everything from my arms to my abs to my glutes… and muscles I didn’t even know I had! I left the class feeling longer, leaner, and (not gonna lie) proud of myself.
I would definitely come back for a pilates class or any other class at this gym. Overall, an awesome experience.

Love love love Elizabeth’s new Absolut Barre class! If you’re looking for barre in Miami Beach, this is the place to go :) They also offer yoga and pilates w/​reformers… I’ve only tried barre & pilates… both were awesome.

I’ve been to SoBe Fit Body a couple of times & I love it! I’ve only taken Susan’s class on Sundays. Initially b/​c there’s a bunch of parking at that time, but after taking her class it’s her energy, great playlist & intensity. I actually felt sore the next day. The place is SUPER clean & they have lockers. I also love the cold pressed juice selection they have for after class. I’ve been to another place on the beach for the same class, but this is by far the best. So glad I found it.

Got a gilt city deal for 5 yoga classes, was pleasantly surprised– friendly staff, nice clean studio. The workout was just what I was looking for– not too intense, so that I feel refreshed after it, but my muscles did feel sore the next day. Will definitely be back!

I stumbled across that new studio on Alton Road right next to the movie theater… wow! Amazing space! High ceiling, good energy… the yoga class was perfect for me, no crazy pretzel poses or head stand, just a good and fun workout!
I’ll be back for sure :)

This is a very nice and clean place to do yoga and pilates. The owner is from New York and very friendly. The customer service is superb. The location is easy to find and parking is abundant on this block. Much cleaner than other fitness venues in South Florida.
