Dear Starbucks– you need to dump the cashier who was working on Thursday morning ²⁄₄. I’ve been to probably 100 Starbucks all over the country & this was the worst customer service ever. Somehow when I ordered a «large coffee with some cold soy milk» deserved not only an eye roll but she started putting raspberry syrup in my cup. I said I never said syrup & she said «you said raspberry 3 times». I’m not sure how I said it 3 times when 1 sentance came out of my mouth but whatever. She then continued to argue with me. I can certainly understand a misunderstanding, but instead of saying «no problem» or something a normal human being would say she just said «well I’m charging you for syrup. I was in the customer service industry (including managing a small chain of espresso bars in philly) so I’m always extra nice when it comes to ordering in restaurants. She was the worst!

Worst starbucks ever. Came in for water and it wasn’t even that busy. Super rude and took forever. My poor friend waited 10 minutes for them to get a cup of WATER. Sassy and didn’t treat us as valued customers. Do yourself a favor and visit another place to get your caffeine fix.

Just another Starbucks.
Food — nothing special just like any other Starbucks.
Staff — The staff is rude and there is one guy who is down right gross. Looking at him makes me loose my appetite. He looks unkept and his uniform is filthy. He stands outside groping himself vigorously.

First visit to Starbucks in miami, If you want Starbucks customer service go to another location. The lady at the cashier rushed me because there was a line of 3 people behind me. Not the typical friendly cashiers you see here!
Go to a Panther coffee!

This sbux is ok. They are semi speedy with the orders. They are not too friendly though. Its annoying. There is mostly beach folks in here so perhaps they have had to get a thick skin for all the rowdy people that visit; perhaps not.
The blueberry scone was dry and crumbly. That should never be the case when using La Boulange café & bakery items. It’s a shame! The stuffed croissant is good though.
The music is too loud! Help! Get me out of here!

I love this place! I go to it like 4 times a week. Kat and the rest of late night staff are great! The customer service along with the fantastic tasting drinks make you love Starbucks even more. One of the best Starbucks I’ve visited. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to visit this particular Starbucks.

They don’t brew coffee. Salesperson Aaron mixed smth with hot water and gave it to me. When I asked her to brew Americano for me she just mixed smth again with hot water, not noticing me looking at her. Then I had to wait for another five minutes to cancel the transaction.
Thanks Starbucks for doing good coffee!

Great location! I am currently inside this Starbucks and it’s so far one of the best experiences. Because of the large space, the scent of coffee doesn’t really stick to your clothing.
The décor is fantastic too. There are artsy ceiling lights that hang down from above, lots of table seating, a long bar table for people watching, and back table stands for studying.
The atmosphere is refreshing here! Great Starbucks store

Depending on the time you come the service is fast and pleasant. I ordered a mocha frapp and a cheese Danish. They heated the Danish, I think because it had been sitting in the cooler/display case for a while and the frapp could have used a little more mocha. Lots to watch going on outside but there is no outside seating. Pretty much a usual Starbucks.

Na ja, wie ÜBERALL in den Läden. BUT OK … weiß man (sie) ja.
Liegt natürlich sehr günstig. Leider sehr schwachen WiFi Empfang.
Ach … leider funktioniete die deutschen Starbucks Karten in USA nicht (sagte zumindest die Dame an der Kasse nachdem sie die Karte durchgezogen hatte :()

Entspannter und aufgeräumter Starbucks am Washington Boulevard.
Von außen wirkt er recht unscheinbar, aber von innen zeigt er seine komplette Größe!
Der Service an der Kasse ist freundlich und schnell! Ebenso auch der Herr an der Ausgabe.
Insgesamt wirkt der Coffee Shop aufgeräumt und gepflegt, was man nicht von allen Starbucks in den USA behaupten kann!
Optisch macht er schon einiges her, da die Leuchten in der Mitte des Raums und über den Tresen extrem stylisch sind und genau dem aktuellen Trend, des Industrial Style entsprechen. Etwas überraschend an diesem Ort!
Das Wlan funktioniert und ist sehr schnell!
Perfekt für Emails, Nachrichten und Co.

Went this morning, took the walk there from hilton bentley so just over a mile. When we walked in we went to counter it was just before 8am on a Monday morning, no one was there, we waited, we said hello a few times and nothing, then after about 3 minutes or so a lady employee emerged from the back. She apologized and took our order. She worked hard to finish our two drinks and then went on to the of four others now in line, she was the on, y one there. Seemed strange. It was clean and my coffee drink was spot on. I’m assuming coworker called out. No starbucks should be staffed with one employee in the morning, almost gave two stars but admit coffee was good and she was pleasant,

This is a poor excuse for a Starbucks! It’s several renovations behind – no Boulange!
They get my simple order wrong every single day. The station always has empty containers of cream, etc., and they make you wait forever to bring out more. The South Beach Police use it as a hangout and sit here and drink free coffee all morning. I can’t wait to get back to my home Starbucks! Also, same drink down here is $.34 more. So tired of paying South Beach premiums on everything!

Nicely renovated Starbucks on Washington Ave/12^th St.
Hopefully this renovation will help turn things around on Washington. This street has really gone downhill in recent years with lots of loiterers, trashy tourist shops and homeless.
Service seemed to be good at this Starbucks as much of Sobe is a good service wasteland. Nice job guys.

Slow as molasses, need more staff. This is the norm. Worse SB ever, but in desperation, you just have to bite the bullet.
Took couches away, restrooms always a wait, even men’s restroom. Its the location, blocks from beach, it gets both tourists and natives.

My fav drink, a comfortable seat, good company and some awesome people watching! Need I want anymore!
Service was friendly, my venti green ice tea with raspberry syrup was perfect, the cake pop was so moist inside. ah! Nothing more, my friends, it was all awesome!

I think the people behind the counter are very competent here — with the way they make the drinks, I actually always have liked this Starbucks. Its main downfall is that it gets so crowded. If you want to kill 20 minutes and take a load off, well, good luck finding a place to sit. The line to get at the well-done lattes they make here can be daunting too, as you find yourself behind a bevy of Italian tourists who have no clue what they want, and then are seemingly ordering the whole freakin’ store.
Quickness and comfort are my two most prized attributes for a Starbucks, yes, even above barista skill. Therefore, I have to subtract a couple stars here just because it’s usually kind of a pain in the butt. Less so than the train-station-in-Mumbai that is the Ocean Drive SBUX location, but still. If you can grab a table, I can see how this place would make for some fun people-watching, though.

The most Southerly Starbucks I’ve been to, which is interesting to me at least. This *$ has an interesting South Beach vibe to it. Friendly folks and people waiting outside with their dog while his boyfriend pops in to get coffee for both of them. Yes, you can read that again.
The store is on a corner and so they have windows on two sides. This is nice.
No outside seating, which is a bummer.
