I have dealt exclusively with Wendy Doherty from Streamline for about 3 years now. She was referenced to me by my father who’s apt. she helped closed flawlessly. As a buyer she was patient with me in my selection and did not pressure me in anyway to make a brash decision. I have not looked back since. As a landlord she has seen me through various tenants and is always extraordinarily attentive and mindful of my situation. In less than a month she has been able to find me a new tenant about every time. She is a honey badger, and will fight to get you what you want(within reason). I hope to continue business with Streamline and Wendy for many years to come.

Buyer beware, this place is FILLED with marijuana smoke from the lobby to the common areas. My family actually held their nose entering and leaving. The moving company that moved me in/out commented on the severity of the pungent smell. The crew who clean, Sonny and Leo said they complained all the time to Aissa. NOTSAFEFORCHILDREN and VERY noisy. 24⁄7 loud parties, police sirens, barking dogs, fire rescue every hour. Just 4 months prior to my moving in, and I was never told this, there was a major robbery of $ 400,000.00 worth of jewelry stolen from my next door neighbor. Was NEVER told about this, not cool! Communicated with Streamline Properties’ Steven Grossmann and Aissa Duverger Property Manager for Minnie Properties who owns Campanile for 2 months and her response was to call the police. If you need to call the police it would indicated the place is either not managed correctly or they are complicit. Mr. Grossmann no longer answers my calls or responds to emails. Aissa said she was«told» to no longer communicate with me «via email». What a shame…

I’m sure Streamline is great when it comes to building owners like Jeff, but when it comes to tenants, they are the worst. They manage at the LeRoi( ). We asked for things to be fixed for months and barely got a response. If you persisted, they just got ruder and ruder. Finally we just gave up. All they seemed to do was leave nasty notes for tenants about what not to do. One time we even put up one flyer to let fellow tenants know about a «get to know your neighbors» gathering, and they just ripped them down. Frequently lights were out and floors were unclean. The gym at one point hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. They had one guy to manage the entire building for nearly a year and then finally got him one assistant. For a 15-floor building? Really? If you rent an apartment from these people don’t expect a timely or pleasant response from these people. I would not rent from a Streamline-managed property again, nor would I use Steven Grossman as a realtor.

In 2007, our former property management firm Blue Sky had run our building into the ground. It was impossible reach a human being there. So we hired Streamline. Unbelievable difference. The folks at Streamline are responsible, responsive, professional, and experienced. The owner, Saul, is always available to help with major projects or to work with city agencies. I have worked personally with Carolyn, Pablo, and Cuba and the seem to genuinely care about the buildings they manage. Can’t say enough about these folks.

Bad rental agency. They do not take care of their properties. Don’t expect help when you have problems with a property you might have rented through them. And they are rude.
