Subway

I just encountered the most rudest customer service in this subway. Every time I would try to order something this lady will have a smart comment to say, and she wouldn’t stop rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. She made fun of my grandma because she had an accent because she couldn’t pronounce one of the sauces. I don’t know why subway would have a nasty person like this working for their company.

Pésimo, mal educadas atienden, baño hombre fuera de servicio, baño de mujer habilitado sucio, y sin toallas, UNA PORQUERIA !

How is this place still open
Takes 40 min to get 3 suds
They should call it subwaits
When it’s not busy
I can’t imagine what the wait time would be if it is its
Pulling teeth to get service
One person up front
And one in the back doing nothing
ridiculous
First time at this location and it’s the last I bet this is the next sobo place to go belly up

if i can do a negative review i would, i was here few weeks back, and had a bad experience, i was visiting from out of town, came in late night. didn’t even get a greeting as i entered, and the lady with a patch over her eye was RUDE AF! like damn lady not my fault you have to make sandwiches, she was rude, and mumbled some shit under her breath! i started to tell the Witch, she can eat it after she was done, but i was so damn hungry!
after that experience i love the customer service here in california. cuz miami was rude AF!
Dear subway: i understand you want to be an EEO but popeye don’t need to be making peoples sandwiches with an attitude.

I don’t usually do this, but I have to say that this is the second time I visit this restaurant AND the second time I don’t get served. First time the person working there was simply not there or otherwise engaged and left the restaurant unattended and tonight with operating hours posted as closing at 11 at 1035 the young lady said she was closed for cleaning. Needless to say there won’t be a third time for me at this subway.

Out of 3 times I came here, things were missing. No onions. The soda machine never works and they won’t tell you but, still sell you a $ 3 cup for the soda. No ice or no carbonation.

Woman at check out was rude. She said we are out of small sodas and you have to purchase a large soda. They were also out of Italian herb and cheese bread. The quality of there bread is not good. I can tell they just put the bread in the oven with out letting it defrost.

My favorite sandwich (tuna) is the featured sandwich of the month. Of course that’s what I ordered. Unfortunately the guy working behind the counter was the only employee in the store. He was working alone. He didn’t offer the drink/​chips special and tried to charge me separately for each. The tables were all dirty and I had to clean the table and chairs before sitting down. Hopefully this is just a one time incident. How can you expect the guy behind the counter to take orders, make sandwiches, ring people up, and clean the tables all at the same time?

horrible! wow, at this rate i might as well have drove to the chicken farm myself and grown my own vegetables! talk about ssslow service! really! taken back by the negative energy and disgruntled asian/​latin girl working whom which by the way forgot to toast my bread and gave me cold chicken! im not sure how much these employees get paid, but i know plenty of homeless unemployed peeps that will put a big smile on and be glad to take my order, correctly.
thanks but no thanks!!! i’ll take the walk around to publix next time for my sandwich.

Stopped in here LATE NIGHT — although I think they’re open 24 hours so impressive — bravo and THANK YOU.
The place was very clean and the staff were very nice. Most Subways have Lay’s baked bbq chips which are my fave and made exclusively for Subway — but they weren’t here (bummer). Other than that, great experience!

Cool looking subway and convenient when shopping at 5^th and alton. Hard to give subway 5 stars but this is one of the best subways I’ve dined at!

I’m really hoping I went on an off day!
I stopped by for lunch while waiting for prints at the Staples and unfortunately I was unimpressed. First of all, I’m knocking off a star because the raspberry iced tea machine was out of service. A couple of the tables were not cleaned even though there were two employees during a non-​busy Sunday lunch. Speaking of said employees, and I’m not blaming it completely on them since it may be policy: One employee placed the meat, and the other was supposed to put the vegetables and charge. While said employee alternated between charging and talking one the phone, the second just stood idly by with no one else to put the meat for. Like I said, I hope it was just a bad day!
