The Cake Collection really made a fantastic impact on my wedding, May 10, 2014 at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.
I ordered the cake less than 2 weeks before the event, and they knocked our guests and I out with a cool collection of cake, cake pops and cup cakes. Delicious, stylish and incredibly fresh.
Cake Collection did a mix of flavors including red velvet and my favorite — banana — both well balanced with the dark chocolate frosting. This is not your cheap sugar rush like a super-market cake
This was a gay wedding, and they were incredibly respectful and friendly, and made us feel the love.
I can’t wait to order from them again on my first anniversary.

We utilized The Cake Collection for kid’s parties and Father’s Day. We were very pleased with their cake pops and also with their coconut/pineapple cake. They were very original! These treats were enjoyed by everyone including myself. We will definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend them! They were very professional and delivered their treats in a timely manner.

I partnered with The Cake Collection for a styling event at a local boutique. The ladies of The Cake Collection were so thoughtful when making our ‘Lolly Cakes’ (known as ‘cake pops’ to most), by incorporating the store colors in the decorations and even building a mini runway as the display! They were very professional and timely (responsive to email & phone), all while interacting with guests at the event. If you’re looking for delicious sweet treats that are easy to eat, I would absolutely recommend using The Cake Collection team for your next special occasion or event.
The red velvet Lolly Cakes are divine!
