I asked a staff to use the rest room, he slammed the merchandise he was placing on the shelves (he named Lobby or something like that). As he walked me over to the rest room he pointed out every other employee on the way there as if I was in the wrong for asking HIM to use the rest room. Once we got to the rest room, he slammed both doors open. Later, when I asked him for his name he literally said «are you looking for a fight» in Spanish. The most disrespectful experience I’ve had in any place of business.

god send in the middle or tourist hell. Yes it is a walgreens, but still, you can walk to it. They are open. They have a variety of items so if you forget something you don’t have to pay hotel prices. They have good snacks, and a variety of food so you don’t have to eat hotel food. I am sure the hotels must hate them their stealing the businness. The lines are slow because this location is busy.

This walgreens is the worst. Always check the prices prior to check out because they always ring up incorrectly. Then you have to step out of line and point it out to the cashier. It’s beyond annoying. This has happened to me at least three times. The management clearly does not care about this store. I have found product on the floor that was just thrown on the shelves with no prices on it. I don’t think they are understaffed because many employees are sitting around having personal conversations. Walgreens is just a true reflection of the poor customer service we receive in most of Miami Beach. Taking my business to CVS.

Disappointed once again I don’t understand why I still go to Walgreens Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff (night shift) was very impatient and disrespectful. I tried to find more information about a medication and the pharmacy tech (her name is CONSUELA) got very irritated and pretty much called me an immigrant. What is going on Walgreens? Who are you hiring? It has left me speechless, this is really bad.

Dies ist also ein Original American Tante Emma-Laden mit Apotheke.
Echt cool was hier geboten wird.
Der Laden ist ein paar hundert Meter von unserem Apartment weg und bietet alles was wir zum überleben brauchen.
Medikamente, Chips, Bier, .
Scherz beiseite, man bekommt von den Grundversorgungsdingen fast alles und es geht von der Sauberkeit.
Wir werden sicher noch ein paar mal vorbeischauen.

If you can go to any other Walgreens, go. Nothing particularly wrong with this one except for that it’s always packed. The lines can reach epic length and the manager is apparently blind or received Bizzaro training. Instead of opening another register he will watch as the line grows and people wait while trying to resolve ONE customer’s issue. Hey manager dude, tell the one guy to wait just a moment, open up the registers, and then get back to the guy. Jeez. I’m a longtime resident and it’s a constant issue at this one. Liquor store section is good however with helpful and friendly staff.

Yes, as others have mentioned, this Walgreens is huge, and has a huge liquor store next door, to boot (kudos for both of those). Unfortunately, for god knows what reason, the products are overpriced. I thought pricing was standard in the same city, but apparently not. The John Frieda Mousse dye that was $ 12.99 at the other Walgreens on 23^rd and Collins (but was not in the shade I wanted) was over $ 16 here! Why? That makes no sense! That, plus the fact there are always peddlers at the parking lot that make it impossible to avoid makes this place not earn 4 stars, which would have otherwise been my rating of choice.

One of my worst department store experiences ever. The employees were extremely inefficient. I stood in line 30 minutes. They were lazy, slow and rude. I shopped there for like 5 times and the same happened every time.

Walgreens Store — 1 star.
Walgreens Liquor (separate shop next door) — 4 stars.
The main 24 hour Walgreens is terrible. Yes it has everything you are looking for at a Walgreens but the check-out process is sub-par. I know when I’m in Miami things run more like the Cairbbean but this is a mess.
On a Saturday night, there are 12 people in line, in a tiny line that squeezes through displays and things are being knocked over, and there are two registers open. TWO. It took forever to get out of there.
On the other hand, the liquor store has cold beer, cold wine, and a good variety. Not busy and little to no line at the register. This place is great!

I really enjoy having a 24 hour Walgreen’s across the street from my house. I also enjoy the fact that it has a liquor store attached to it with a pretty decent selection. I love my neighborhood.

So I really like Walgreens but omg, I didn’t know they built them like this. This was a mini walmart. This store had everything. Food, clothes, a bakery, alcohol store, and so much more. One of the employees even told me that they may even have a salon?!
Every time I visit Miami I will have to stop at this Walgreens and buy something (IDK why). The staff were friendly and the store was clean. I wish I’d taken pictures. This store is really big. I’m now wondering if there are walgreens larger then this one?

The Walgreens nearby this Walgreens is nicer inside, but this one gets a honorable mention because…
well, this store has a liquor department. DEPARTMENT. With its own entrance and good stock and variety. Even the sign on the Walgreens building spells out all capitalized: LIQUOR — and it’s lit at night.
Yes, Walgreens is serious about getting you some booze!
