This is my second time coming here, and just to keep it sort, both visits were horrible. Waited what seemed like an eternity for my ribs (the place had 5 people in it). Then when I bite into them they are like chewing rubber. Then I knock my cup of water all over the place trying to shoo away a fly. So pissed, I’ll never come here again.

This place should be reported to the Health Department! For a restaurant it is nasty. The CEO of Pollo Tropical needs to look at replacing all the employees and get someone in there that can run that place. Food was thrown everywhere from the dinning area to the kitchen area, which was seen from the counter. This place is in an area that generate a large clientele. However, it has a lot to be desired. I will never walk in there again. It was so disgusting we would not order. Recommendations: Close it down if management cannot clean it up and organize the place. Maybe Undercover Boss should drop in for lunch!

The worst pollo tropical when it comes to the wraps they are thrown together fries they just throw them in the bag as well. It seems like none of the employees desire to work. Pollo tropical on 27^th ave needs to take a visit to any chick fil a and see how to serve for. I’m not saying their customer service is bad but, it’s just they way your food comes out its the worst. I drive all the way to 441 just not to go to 27^th and it doesn’t matter if it’s empty or crowded same thing bad food preparation presentation.

This Miami Gardens Location is HORRIBLE… RUDE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. always running out of food went here 5 times in one month and everytime i was there they «ran out of chicken» how can you run out of your main course.

This Pollo Tropical location is one of the best I have been to: orders are filled promptly and accurately, and the staff is quite helpful. The place is usually clean and the fixings bar is adequately stocked. I docked one star because the chopped onions in the fixings bar are always old and smelly. Even when you bring it to their attention, they restock it with equally old onions. So i gave up on that!

I have never been so disrespected in a restaurant. The employee by the name of Kareen took my order with the biggest attitude. Her tone of voice was unnecessary, and she rushed me with my order and didn’t give me a chance to speak. I just left without ordering. As long as that employee works there I will not be eating there.

This location saves anyone in Miami Gardens from wasting their gas to go to the other location on 441. I think I came at the wrong hour though, because this place was busy inside and in the drive-thru. I must have waited about five minutes before I could order, and another 20 minutes due to someone ordering a meal for his household. But seriously, the workers need to quit playing around and prepare people’s food.
And another thing, how in the world do you charge 2.39 for TWO little empanadas that don’t even look and taste like empanadas? Also, perhaps all locations need to specify what exactly comes in a Veggie Tropichop for the folks who are intolerant to certain vegetables like my mom is with corn. How was I to know that corn would be the first item on the dish?
