I was naïve to think I could place an order online for pick-up and it would end up being LESS hassle. Not at this store! After going to the back of the store where the pick-up area is located, I could not find anyone there to help me. I pressed the call button and five minutes later, still no one. I stopped to ask a nearby employee if someone was supposed to be back there and they responded«Push the button and wait». Good thing they had such courteous staff to point out the obvious to me! Another five minutes go by, so I ask another associate for help. This one was kind enough to look back at me, roll her eyes, and keep walking. After being unsuccessful with asking four different employees for help, my husband was finally able to convince one to go back to help us get our items(twenty minutes later). She went to the back where the pick-up items are stored and finally found the employee that should have been helping us all along. Now to the merchandise… This woman brings out our canopy tent that we had ordered and after taking one quick glance, we realize it must have been a return because all the packaging was completely removed and the«easy to travel» case was completely torn apart. My husband requested they provide us with an item that was not a piece of shit and you would have thought we asked them to… do their job… shocking! Another twenty minutes later we finally walk out of the store with a less crappy canopy(I’m pretty sure they didn’t even give us the proper receipt for it, so I’m hoping we will never have to return it!). Oh, and another fun fact we learned, ping pong balls are«seasonal». It’s football time… this IS the season!(Don’t fret, they do indeed have this item available year round. But look for them yourself. The employees claim most items are«seasonal» when they are too lazy to help you out).

The good thing is it’s near my house. The bad thing is it’s near my house. I’m always in here. What can be better is if they’d open more lanes. I’m tired of coming in here and there’s 30 lanes and only 3 open. Where the hell are the associates.

This is my first one star… yey… i went there on 13th Tuesday . Waited on line for 25min there was only two casher available at walmart. I purchased some meat and today i took it out from refrigerator to cook. Well i have never seen grayish meat ever. I was lied by sticker and walmart.

We were on vacation and my brother happened to forget his contacts at home. He is a patient at Walmart Vision center, so we found a nearby Walmart and had his prescription sent there. They refused to fill it and forced us to pay for a new prescription and a different brand of contacts. All we needed was one sample so we could get on our way. The woman was incredibly rude and probably got a nice commission on us.

Strange experience we were turned away approximately 45 minutes before closing. Had some police officers yelling very loudly that the store was closed. I hope there weren’t any accidents or problems in the store. I also hope that the store was not trying to close early and there was some funny business going on. Who knows? The website says 130 every night. I included a screen shot of my phone’s time before closing hours while I was in the parking lot after being turned away. I guess just call ahead of you plan on going to this location. The parking lot looked pretty full. I have 130,000 car. It’s not like I’m a hoodlum looking for trouble. I didn’t enjoy the hostility. It was scary. Like really frightening. I’m a little shaken up I was treated like a criminal.

I just had the worst experience ever. The people were absolutely rude and kept speaking in Creole! Even when I was trying to get service and when I was trying to pay. The place was completely empty and when I walked in they seemed bothered by me when I came in and asked for service. When there was a problem with the car they didn’t tell me about it until everything was done instead of approaching me and telling me of the issue. When I explained to them that the two front tires are brand new the woman who barely spoke English was once again rude to me and told me to just sign my name. Do not come here for auto service. They didn’t even out the spare tire back in its original place. They just left it in the trunk. COMEON!!!
