Smoothies are good but staff is SO unpleasant. EVERY time. They all look so miserable and like you are being a bother by being there. Only smoothie place by my house so I come for the smoothies but from a customer service perspective, it couldn’t be worse. An example, one of the girls was walking around and then came to the counter and just stood there looking at me. So I asked her«can I order?» And she nodded.

I like this place since it’s never packed! They should have more discount s since it can be a bit expensive.

The smoothies here are OK but this times it was our second choice since the other smoothie spot across the street was closed. Personally, I just don’t think their smoothies are really all that healthy considering they’re so sweet and not due to just the fruits. I still enjoy them and will continue coming here whenever I’m in the mood.

Smoothis are made great, but… They are always running out of ingredients!!! No manager here. Appears to have a lazy owner because all i see here are very young high school looking employees. The employees are attentive and curtious. I am here now and there is one person working for the 12 customers here!!! HORRIBLE!!!

If you like your smoothie half-full and have about 30 minutes to waste after your killer workout, then Smoothie King-Miami Lakes is for you. After a 60-minute murderous spinning class with Carmen at Shula’s, I needed something to recharge me and quick. I figured, I’d give this new SK a try considering it’s a lot closer than its sister on 57th Avenue. I should’ve known better, the minute I walked in there must’ve been 5 or 6 people waiting for their smoothies and one poor 16 year old making smoothie, after smoothie, after smoothie. I walk up to the counter place my order with the girl and don’t even get my usual proof receipt(?). I ask her for the receipt she says«you don’t need it». Clearly I do when the 16 year old cant get anyone’s order right and even gave a customer an order that was placed for«pick up». 25+ minutes later, with a shop filled with sweaty, tired, hungry gym-junkies I get my usual vanilla Lean1, and what do I see? There’s no smoothie spilling out of the top as a matter of fact, there’s no smoothie anywhere NEAR the lid, WHAT? I ask the girl why this isn’t filled, her response«it is filled». I THINKNOT, handed my credit card, paid and marched out. I rather go the extra .25 miles, sit in the comfort of my car and get my $ 7.41 worth of my Lean1 at the other location. Get it together SK-Miami Lakes, get-it-to-geth-er!!!
