Great service! I went today for the first time right at close time and they were super helpful and patient.

My husband and I visited this store today… horrible experience!
We just bought an on ground pool and visited this store to get professional advice on what chemicals and supplies we are going to need, to take care of our pool.
When we enter the store the women did not even say hello to us making us feel very unwelcome, we started talking to her explaining we had some questions, she handed us a book and just told us to read that, after 5 mints my husband was ready to leave, the way this women was talking to us was incredibly rude, I tried to finish my questions but she kept cutting me off, I told her we have a 6 month old grand baby and I was wondering if it was on the market any brands of pool chemicals «greener» than other?
She looked at my and said obviously very annoyed… mam, CHLORINE is CHLORINE!!! Like my question was so stupid…
At this point we left… I am a business owner and I cannot believe a local business will treat customers like that…
Do not even waist your time going there, just drive 5 mints north on Biscayne blvd, to Pool and Spas, blue store on the left side, the customer service was awesome, the sales person there, took care of us immediately, spent time with us to answer our questions, went above and beyond to help us, we ended up buying all the accessories we needed and we will be definitely buying anything we need for our pool in this store, real professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really nice
This woman working at Pinch a penny, in miami shores, need to go take a look at the way the store up the street from them treats customers, and learn something about customer service…

I went to this location for the first time over the weekend as it’s closer to my house than the the Pinch A Penny store I usually go to. I went there with a faulty capacitor on a Pentair Superflo pool after 18 months of use, pool filter replacement and other chemical refills. Was received by the manager who find any possible way not help me with the pump. I did not ask for a refund, just help to understand what happened. Not very friendly and certainly not helpful.
