The Real Food Academy

For the second time, I took cooking classes with the real food academy and both times I absolutely loved it. The first class was to learn the tricks of Chinese cooking which was amazing and yesterday we had a Raw food cooking class and I loved it. It was outstanding. I am an experienced cook but chef Maria was able to impress me with amazing skills, wonderful food and her passion about healthy food. Even though I cook and am a Nutrition coach, I learnt a lot about preparing healthy food, it was a great atmosphere, the place is super clean and cozy, I learnt a lot of skills. It is a great class no matter if a beginner or advanced. They also have great kids cooking classes. I highly recommend their cooking courses

Absolutely wonderful!!! I took my kid to a Saturday class few times and he absolutely loved it! And let me tell you he is 9 and a really tough critic. 90% of the time he gives «lame» rating to everything, but his description of this place is «really cool»! He even asked me to have his next birthday there! I also went to adult class with my girlfriend. Fascinating! Never thought that I’ll be able to surprise my husband with yummy Asian dishes. Oh, and you can also bring your own vine to enjoy during the class.

Called ahead hoping to book a class with the Cooking Kiwi as i am big fan of his YouTube videos. Apparently they let him go. Still took a class though and learned a lot about good, healthy cooking.

I had my daughter’s birthday and it was a lot of fun. We chose for the kids to make:
Pasta w/​garlic bread, strawberry shortcake.
I ordered food for the adults: chicken Waldorf sandwiches and fruit with chocolate fondue. We got there and we needed drinks for adults so we went to the gas station across the street. Overall great experience!

Had a great 1^st experience for my daughter’s cooking class. She’s 7 and the class is perfect for her age or any child from ages 3 – 13. Very excited about signing her up for the 10-​class package! She loved the interactive, hands-​on class and we all loved the food they made. So healthy too!!! You won’t regret it!

This is a great class for kids and teens. The importance of nutrition is a value everyone should experience. Teaching the kids to roll pasta from scratch to build lasagna was great. I’m glad to see my son engaged in an activity; it does not always have to be a sport. Looking forward to next Saturday!

This cooking class is the best! They not only teach the kids how to cook, but also have them use fresh and healthy ingredients and explain the nutrients in the food that they use! Also, seeing your kid in an apron and chef’s hat is absolutely adorable! So great! I’m definitely bringing my son back for more lessons!
