Rainbow Shoe Repair

Over a week ago I left one shoe that had a small tear that needed patching done. Called today to see if it was ready because I didn’t think I was going to get a call from him. Gave him my ticket number and told me to hold on. Took awhile for him to get back with me (all that time really thought that he couldn’t find it) to finally tell me it would be ready in a few hours. I should have bolted from there as soon as I walked in but trying to be a supportive resident of Miami Springs businesses, I left it for repair despite my reservation. When I returned later that afternoon it still was not done. He promised he would have it done by 7pm. I decided to give him until he following morning… and quess what HE DIDN’T HAVE IT DONE (wow what a surprise, not!) and proceeded to work on it while I waited. UGHHH! Thankfully it turned out well and was happy with the repair but needless to say, he seems to be an absent minded fellow with shoes thrown everywhere. The place is old, dirty and dingy. Don’t know if I’ll be returning. Just too risky in shoes getting lost or not done properly and not worth the aggravation of getting your shoes back in a timely matter. STAY AWAY. terrible service

If i could give 0 stars i would, this person Luis its beyond unprofessional. I left my shoes there 2 weeks ago, he told me to come back in two day. When i came back he couldn’t find the shoes, then when he found them they were not ready. So i told him i would come back for them in 3 days. Today i went back a whole 5 days later and still they were not completely ready. This guy doesn’t know how to repair shoes, he just put the thing at the bottom of the heel and calls that a repair. He ended up ruining my shoe and still arguing with me, that he’s done a great job and that the shoe was stained and already looked that bad. the shoes were stained and scratched, i told this guy that i just wanted him to understand the he did this. i wasn’t even asking to pay for the shoe. which some other time i would, so i wasted my money and time with this guy. I’m contacting the best business bureau about this.

Came here looking to repair an old pair of shoes and was told by this guy named Luis that they would be ready in 3 days. I ended up coming back a week later to a total disappointment. First he couldn’t find my shoes, he went back in forth through out the store for 15 minutes looking for my shoes with no luck. He finally asked me to come to the back to look for them. I was in total shock when I went to the back of the store. Shoes were thrown everywhere! none of them had their tags tied to it, everything was a hot mess. No wonder he couldn’t find my shoes!
Luckily I found my shoes and he promised me he would have them ready the next day. Came back two days later and once again he couldn’t find them. Unbelievable. After 10 minutes, his assistant found them and no repair was done. I was livid! I asked for my shoes and money back and told Luis how unprofessional he is. NEVER AGAIN!
