It’s never busy. you are able to do all your transactions very fast. Staff is always friendly. They have complementary tea and coffee (decaf and regular). There is always space in their parking lot. Bad thing is that drive up is only for members :(for that I will give them 4 stars.

Oh where to start. The positives: the tellers are attentive and provide good customer service. The negatives… I’ve experienced plenty of problems at the corporate level of SunTrust. Plenty of bureaucratic problems. Several people are on different pages and misinformation is rampant. They seriously need better organization. These problems, IMHO, manifest themselves in the management of this firm. Perhaps it’s lack of interest, laziness or a bigger problem that starts with corporate protocol and training. But, I’ve been so put off with the branch manager’s lack of reliable information and plain silly advice that I to avoid this branch if need be. If you’re going to make a quick deposit or transaction by all means go ahead. However, for anything more substantial in which you’ll have to deal with the manager… save yourself the headache.
