2601 Tower Café is a very convenient breakfast and lunch spot in the Biscayne Bank Tower in Coconut Grove. I work in the building and often find myself coming here for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. It is located on floor 2 of the tower by reception and the parking garage. There is LIMITED indoor counter seating and several tables and chairs in the atrium. Most customers order and take their food to-go. My favorite things to order are the sandwiches, wraps(turkey and Mediterranean), and daily soups(lentil and enchilada). Pros: Quick service(5 minutes to receive your order, line at lunchtime that moves quickly) Cheerful staff(they may even know your name and order!) Great prices($ 8-$ 10 a meal) Good selection — wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, bagels, pastries, muffins, empanadas, chips, candy, soda, etc. Misha’s mini cupcakes — this is a pro on its own Fresh squeezed orange juice in their very own juicer Cons: It can be tricky to find this place if you don’t work in the building. I think it caters primarily to staff in the Biscayne Bank Tower. Salads could use some work. Let iceberg, more mixed greens and interesting ingredients. Overall I would recommend 2601 Tower Café to anyone who wants a convenient work lunch or snack! Will definitely be back.
