The absolute worse gas station with the absolute worse employees working for the absolute worse corporate executives.
The gas pumps NEVER have receipt paper, which forces you to go inside and wait in a smoke-​filled tiny area to pay. When you tell the cashier about the lack of receipt paper, he laughs and tells you in broken English that he knows. This has been going on for months! When you send an email to their customer service, they do not respond. When you call the customer service line, they take your information and tell you someone will call you back — they don’t. When you write to Valero corporate executives, they do not reply.
Clearly a company that does not care about their customers. They have lost my business!
