A-1 Advanced Towing & Transport

Absolute worst service I have ever encountered; how can a tow truck driver let their phone die… For three hours? Their business phone went unanswered and when it was, I got hung up on. They are a waste of time and AAA should really end their contract with them. Twice now they have been the tow company used to tow my car and both times, other companies had to be contacted. They might as well close their business, if they can even call it one.

Bad attitude didn’t want to tow due to the fact he couldn’t turn around and tow it from back. He suggested towing my vehicle

Called them through AAA to tow my car. A short middle aged Cuban man with light eyes and hair from the Bravo Unit came. Asked me for help, which I did until I had to leave. 10 minutes later he came angry at my secretary complaining why wasn’t I helping him. He repeated the same complaint to me. I stopped him by telling him he or AAA never mentioned I HAD to help. He refused my subsequent offer to help, and was visibly upset. I followed him and noticed he made the wrong turn. I came up to him when he suddenly went into reverse. I dodged him in time, but he went nuts shouting obscenities. When he realized it was me, he lowered his tone, so I told him to follow me. Near the destination he made the wrong turn again, and spent at this spot about 5 minutes obviously trying to figure out his way, despite me waving at him from the other side. He eventually left. In 5 minutes he called with a very conciliatory tone, I directed him to the destination and he dropped the car, while I was at the office. It took him 15 minutes to find a place 2 minutes away, bad for a tow driver. When I came up to the car it had a big bump in the rear bomber and a scratch in the rear fender. Obviously in his anger he had bumped into a pole while on reverse, who knows maybe even intentionally. Intend to sue, will post results later
