I was impressed with the promptness in service. I was explained when I called there would be a service charge. Service man was very polite and answered my questions. He was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge. We had to order a part but it came in a timely manner and my washer was up and running in no time. Fees and charges were very reasonable.
