For years we sponsored a NASCAR event. The Joy Wallace team provided smoked ribbs and all the fixens for our guest. We received rave reviews on the taste and presentation. They made us look great. Their huge smoker is about the size of a fire truck.
You should see their kitchen, spotless. Their staff is well trained, and wear uniforms.
Most accomodating, super friendly. I guess you can say that they are a JOY to work with.
