So, I believe this«company» is actually an apartment where the handyman lives. The guy couldn’t even keep an appointment for an estimate, and he had to make up this obvious lie as an excuse for wasting my time and not coming for the estimate. He acted as if he already came to my home earlier than he was supposed to come, but he wrote down my number wrong, so he couldn’t let me know. WTF?!? I never gave him my address, and this was at 9 am, so I guess he would have been here at 8ish even though the appointment was for 10. And wouldn’t my cell number be in his cell phone from the texts we sent back and forth? What a liar! Again, he didn’t even have my address, and if he did go to a home, why wouldn’t he have knocked on the front door? HAHA Loser.

I contacted this company to have several jobs done– extending an area of cement, repair of a porch light, replace 4 cracked tiles, replace hinges of 3 cabinet doors, and assemble a shed. Initially I was quoted $ 950 for a cement area of 12×4, $ 75 for the cabinets, $ 95 for the porch light, $ 200 for the tile work, and $ 300 for shed assembly. $ 950 for the cement seemed high, as well as $ 300 for the shed assembly as it was a fairly easy shed, but we were in need of having the work done quickly so we proceeded. They proceeded to lay out the area for the cement while we were at work and I returned that evening to see that the area was no larger than 12×2.8. I then contacted the manager to question whether they would be extending the area or reducing the price. He proceeded to tell me that even though the quote was for a 12×4 area, it was only a estimate and if he extended the area to the 12×4 feet he would have to revisit the quote and raise the price. AREYOUKIDDINGME?!? I was in shock and after several minutes of discussion he agreed to extend the area for the AGREED upon price. That Saturday, the men came to work on the inside jobs, since we would be home during that time to grant the access to the house. However, they ended up repairing the outside cement area and laying down the cement, and told us they would have to re-schedule the indoor work for the following Saturday. The next Friday comes with no contact from them, so I reached out to them to confirm they were coming and was then told that they had decided to come the NEXT Saturday from that one. Would have been nice if they had let me in on that decision… Finally, 2 Saturday’s passed and they came back and all work was completed. They did not replace the cabinet hinges, just tightened them so I do not know why it was $ 75 for that. The cement is shoddy work; I could have done it myself. It is not smooth on top, slightly uneven and I am embarrassed to say I paid $ 950 for it. Luckily it is for the shed to sit on top of, so it is hidden. Tile work was good and porch light works. Overall, I think they may be good for small jobs, but pass on big projects. Overpriced and poor quality. P. S. We did the shed ourselves in an hour. So glad we didn’t pay them $ 300 for that…
