Acclaim Subscriptions

I just subscribed to Automotive News through this service. They sent an email telling me my subscription will not start for at least 3 to 4 months! This is for a weekly magazine. When I tried to phone them the customer service number went into a voicemail that said to press zero for assistance. When I did, it said «Germanovski not available. Goodbye.»
What does that mean. I sent them an email to cancel my order. Let’s see if they do. I think this is a phoney company or a scam. I want to see if they exist and contact me. I will post what actually happens, in fairness to them if they honor my request to cancel my subscription.
