I came because I got a deal for laser hair removal. The location is a bit far for me, but hey I live in West Kendall so everything is far for me!
The ladies at the front desk are very nice and the lady who does the treatments is just as great!
The only down side, and its a big problem for me, is that they never answer their phone! If you call when they are busy, you get the answering machine. And dont bother leaving a message because they will never return your call. The best bet is to call until you get someone on the line. For me, that is easily 4 or 5 times. And that is not a good thing.

Eh. I’m always searching for a deal and this place opened in the bottom of the building where I live. They are offering 35 $ for an hour (which I later learned is only 50 mins) massage. I have been really sick with the flu for the past week and every night I have been waking up with incredible pain in my back. This is not unusual for me because I have Scoliosis (a curvature in the spine) it has just been worse that usual. I told him that I was having problems with my lower back due to my aliment and I though we had an understanding that he would concentrate on this area. Alas he did not.
When entering the shoppe it appears clean and white an then your are taken into an almost cubicle style small massage room. It was really hot in the room and he had a slightly annoying fan blowing. The massage was just not that impressive. Granted it was definitely a 35 $ worth massage. I don’t care what anyone says I guess there just is no such thing as a good cheap massage and yes Massage Envy falls in this category. He rubbed my whole body but like I said neglected the one area that really needed help, my back! This establishment also offers laser hair removal and anti-​anging crap which I am guessing they are more qualified at than the massage aspect. I may try them for a facial because apparently it is only 75 $ and like I said I like a deal but I’m sure I’m going to eat my words because I just said cheap massages/​facials do not exists.
Final word, proceed with caution… you get what you pay for.
