AG Jeans

I have a lot of respect for the staff over at AG Adriano Goldschmied. Even though I rolled in here sporting a completely unkempt beard (an ancient relic from Movember 2012) and a lightly wrinkled T-​shirt, they were more than ready to help me. In fact, one staff member was astute enough to recognize that despite my disheveled appearance, I was indeed wearing AG jeans. She instantly found a couple of t-​shirts and henleys that matched what I was wearing, and I walked out of the store a very happy customer.
The basic point is that the staff here can help you find some pretty amazing jeans, T-​shirts, and casual shirts, and you can even find some relatively decent deals here as well (for example, on my visit, they were selling some raw denim jeans for just over $ 100). There was an entire shelf of items that were 40% off. I’m kind of still upset at myself for not purchasing an awesome hoodie that I won’t find elsewhere.
As far as costs, AG is probably considered mid-​to-​high end pricing for their products. They are fashionable without necessarily needing to break the bank. Below is a chart of what you can expect to spend if your shop there:
T-​shirts: $ 25 – 40
Henleys: $ 60 – 110
Shirts: $ 70-​$ 125
Jeans: $ 110-​$ 350
Products are both for men and women. They seemed to have an equal amount of the store dedicated to both sexes.
You have a lot of choices for jeans. I’m not the most stylish dude on the planet or anything, but I can say that I’ve received an inordinate amount of compliments on the jeans that I wear. Since pretty much all of them are AG (with a sprinkling of PRPS for good measure), I can say I’ve had great experiences with the products from this brand. I’m confident you will have a similar experience.

These jeans are the best, and you pay for them. Being a hardcore Diesel jean buyer I went in and was instantly converted. The jeans are higher quality, softer, but they do have multiple styles and softness. I would try them out and see if they work for you, everyone has different fits at Cynthia says, but if you like Diesel you will like them.
Great staff, very helpful. $ 15 to get them tailored locally, they do outsource it. I’m taking my two pairs to my local shop instead.

Once I tried on a pair of AG jeans, I couldn’t go back to just any old brand. Designer jeans fit everyone differently regardless of size. For example, I can’t fit into a pair of True Religions or Seven for all Mankinds to save my life.
So while AG jeans can be a dream come true for the «curvy woman» there have been a few pairs that nearly made me cry because I couldn’t get them up past my knees!!!
Fear not! The sales folk will help you find the right pair. It could be just a matter of stretch, wash (dark vs. light) or fit (skinny vs. flare) that can turn that frown upside down. The key is that the sales folk are dedicated to finding you a good pair for YOU and they didn’t mind when I screamed «I said: No less than 2% Elastin!!!»
While they have an in-​house tailor, your ability to get a quick well-​priced hemming depends on the tailor’s availability. For example, if you purchase the jeans at night, they may not get hemmed until the next day. These jeans do run long, but they also shrink to the right length if you like to wear high high heels like me. So think carefully before you hem. I am now stuck with three pairs of expensive jeans that are not the perfect length and if you spend this much money — the length SHOULD be perfect.
