From my appointment time to the time I leave, it has never been more than a hour. That is truly impressive for a doctor who has enough patients that she is always turning people away.
The staff is great, everyone I have talked to there is very friendly and competent. And Dr. Hernandez is awesome.
I live a rather active life and am known to injure myself from time to time, so far no matter what I come to her with, she has had the right answer on the first try.
Ear issues (diving), muscle pain (work), joint issues (no clue) fixed them all.
My visits are normally pain related, which means sooner rather than later, and each time she has managed to find space for me on the day I called.
If she is willing to take you on, you are lucky and should switch.
