Ken is truly the best at what he does very professional. After 3 trips to the dealer for a simple alignment I was extremely frustrated they could not get it right. I made my appointment with Ken for 12:30 on a Saturday he was right on time, he will also test drive your vehicle before and after and walllllaaaaa perfect alignment after 30 mins.

(Update 2) I was writting a review for another buisness, and reliaze I never updated my previous review with your company. Your saying that if I explain why I’m not satisfied you’ll be able to give me a full refund… maybe that should have been offered a year and half ago.
I stand by my review, it was my experience with your company and I just wanted to share what happened… that’s what a review is all about.

(Update 1) This is long overdue, but I had a broken/​damaged wheel bearings (so it wasn’t my cv joints they were done correctly)…now my car rides perfectly. It never was an alignment issue to begin with, and Ken knew this — that’s why he refuse to give me the print-​out when I requested it. I still feel Ken took advantage of me because I’m a woman, and would not recommend his business.
Read his Google reviews, he has a couple of negatives one on there, so I’m not the only one who had a bad experience with this guy.

I was there this morning after a disappointing alignment by another shop. Ken made me feel very comfortable and friendly as soon as I got there. He took his time with my car, drove it after adjusting it twice to make sure it was perfect. I will recommend his shop to my friends and family. My car feels so much better now. He has a nice clean shop with all that is needed to do a great job.

Best place to get your Aligment done, ken definably knows what he’s and gives you a great and fast service

Very professional and knowledgeable in auto alignments. I was impressed when they drove the car before putting on the rack. They also test drove the car after putting it into proper alignment and determined it wasn’t to their standard so they put it back on the rack and tweaked it some more until perfection.
Very thorough job and great attention to detail!

My 04 Corvette Z06 wore down the previous set of tires unevenly. After installing new set I tried to get it aligned but most shops didnt want to touch it due to car being so low. Dealer wanted almost $ 400 to align it, so after reading several recommendations for Kens shop on corvetteforums I took it to Ken and couldnt be happier. Ken is extremely knowledgeable, price was great, they were very careful with the car and now rides perfectly. Highly recommend taking your car here.

Ken has been working on my Jeeps for almost 20 years. Today I brought in my 2015 JK after recently having a lift installed and Ken diagnosed and fixed my issue within 20 minutes.
There is nobody in the industry better when it comes to diagnosing any suspension issue on Jeeps. Several times I’ve seen Jeepsome visit all the local shops to resolve a death wobble with no resolution. Then I see the person bring it to Ken only to have it resolved within minutes.
He is the only person I recommend for alignment and diagnosing suspension issues.

This shop is awesome. I’ve been wanting to write a review but I waited until I went there a few times. First off the negative reviews seem highly unlikely and are completely the opposite from my experience. Most likely they are just phishing to bring this guys business down while trying to promote another place. Really sad but honestly not surprised one bit. I think it’s funny that all the negative reviews are from people who have screwed up cars. Debra is blaming the alignment guy because her cv’s were not installed correctly. An alignment is only effective with a properly functioning ride. And by what you will see with my experience, if he had noticed an issue he would not have done the work. And the guy with the tire rub, there are a few reasons why a tire would rub. You want an alignment, you got an alignment. If the tire still rubbed then chances are it was another issue not related to alignment and you want Ken to fix more issues than just the alignment. I bet you think he should also drive over to the gas station on his test ride and fill up the gas tank.
I first came to the store to get an alignment on my van. It was a junker 1996 dodge caravan I picked up to learn to work on cars. He drove the car when I got there which I was really surprised. I never had an alignment done where they drive it. Normally they just through it on the lift and do the job. Well he came back and said my cv joints were bad and my sway bar bushing. He told me to fix it then come back. I knew there was an issue and had been trying to locate my problem. Thanks to his suggestion I was able to fix the problem. He did not charge me that day. He said get that fixed and come back. I was thankful because I know many places that would do the alignment regardless of the cars condition. Then I went back to get my alignment. After the alignment he told me that he had to cut the boot on my tie rod because it was very very loose and about to separate. I appreciated the heads up. I know some people would never have told me this. To me both of these visits demonstrate his honesty, which is #2 in my books right next to professional expertise, which I believe he succeeds.
Now the van is on it’s last breath so I went and got a 2003 honda crv. Had to change a tie rod end so I went and got an alignment immediately. After the alignment Ken told me that for my car the manufacturer recommends 26 psi in the tires but he said he would recommend exceeding that to 40 psi. I noticed I was only getting 21 mpg which is less that the rated city miles of 22. After he filled my tires up a little more, I just today got gas and my mpgs were about 26, which is where it should be. For me it is these little details and advice on why I go to this shop. The dude is honest, straight up with no BS, and provides exceptional service.

If you have modified suspension, PLEASE GO TO THE ALIGNMENT FACTORY!
I recently lowered my car and added new wheels and tires. The place that did the install also had an alignment machine and recommended I do an alignment. No problem! They had a very new (expensive) alignment machine, so I felt comfortable paying the $ 80 cost.
Well that was where it began! The tech who did the alignment screwed up my car. Each time I went over a bump in the road, the rear of my car would wiggle/​shake. It never did this before!
I called Ken and after a few questions I was able to get in and have my alignment done. During the alignment Ken explained how the suspension in my car operates and why it was feeling the way I was experiencing. It turns out that the tech toed my wheels in like duck feet! He also cambered my tires outward as if it was «on tippy toes».
After Ken completed the alignment, the test drive made all the difference. My car was even better than before! Ken dialed in my suspension to the most optimum settings. I am recommending this place to as many people as possible!
I learned a lesson: The newest and fanciest machine doesn’t equate to the best work. It’s the training of the person behind that machine!

The rates are fare and the work done was explained in a very professional manner. He didn’t treat me like a layman since I do know a few things about cars. The only contention I have is a personal one in how appointments are managed. You have to call the day that you want the alignment done and schedule the appointment that day. It requires a little extra effort to remember to schedule that appointment, but the work done is great. I’ll be using them for all the rest of my alignment issues.

I’ve been to many alignment shops over the years. Ken does the best job of any I’ve ever used. No one could get my lowered Lightning driving right and he kept adjusting and retesting until it was perfect. He also found items on my suspension that needed replacing badly that the dealer had missed. Highly recommend!

Ken is as he says an anomaly. THEE best in town with THEE best prices. You are NOT going to find anyone that has done NOTHING but alignments for the past 30 years and have his prices… Not to mention even tho my car is stock I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I have been to Alignment Factory many many years ago when I was single and driving a Corvette. Ken was the only one that touched my Corvette when it came to alignments. After many leased cars and not having to do alignments or not caring, I decided to buy a Toyota Venza. When it was time to buy tires due to excessive wear on the outer edges, I knew I needed an alignment and the only person that came to my mind was Ken. I was worried that he had retired or sold the shop but low-​and-​behold Ken was still there. As I remember from the past, he is typically booked all day so don’t waste your time driving over if you do not have an appointment. You have to call him 10 minutes before 8am and he will tell you if he has any openings for that day. Expect getting a busy signal so get the redial button ready.
As the previous reviews stated, he will ask you questions about the issue you are having and even ask what pressure do you keep your tires at (how many people know that) LOL. He will analyze all this info and give you recommendations. I know for a fact that my tires will now
Ken doesn’t mind if you stand by the lift and converse with him so don’t be afraid to start up a conversation.

Ken and his assistant spent two full hours troubleshooting my car and didn’t charge a cent over $ 50. I came in because the car was pulling to the right, and after identifying uneven wear on the front tires and a defect in a rear tire, they swapped tires around and took at least three test drives to try to correct the issue. Ken was very informative and painted a clear picture of what was going on and what my options were. He never pushed me to make a decision, and even included the options that wouldn’t make him any money. He is a perfectionist to be sure, which is great! I decided to go for the alignment and take his advice on buying tires.

The owner Ken Haiden has been doing nothing other than alignments in his shop for 30 years. I found him by checking out car enthusiast blogs and it seems that a lot of people who do Auto-​X racing go to Ken for alignments on their race cars.
When you arrive you will find a tidy shop with 2 alignment stations and little else, except for tool boxes and an assistant technician who helps Ken with the alignments.
The first thing Ken does is to test drive your car to establish it’s baseline condition. Ken uses the test drive to establish a first hand perspective on what’s wrong with the car. In my case he figured out that the steering was off-​center to the left, and that this was exaggerated by the vehicle pulling slightly to the right which meant the driver had to correct even further to the left. In addition he identified a radial pull which could be corrected by swapping tires. This is excellent procedure and insight — and something the car dealers and other places don’t do. By doing the test-​drive — Ken makes this a practical problem solving exercise not just a theoretical exercise.
The rest of the process is similar to other shops. Stuff is attached to the car and preliminary readings are taken. Then he begins the slow and thorough job of getting all the readings to the optimal specification. Ken is a perfectionist — he emphasized «Being in the green is not enough». He works at it until he has no cross camber, and all other settings are perfect, not just close enough.
Ken then took the car off the rack and drove it again to check its perfect. Some people mention that it sometimes goes on the rack a second time. In my case he didn’t think it was necessary.
As I was driving back, I noticed that the car drives better than even when it was new. He really has done the perfect alignment. I thought the car drove well before, but now its incredible how precise the steering feels. Its perfectly on center and the car responds with precision and razor sharp response. It’s outstanding.
As if this isn’t impressive enough, the service was great value too. It was $ 85. That’s $ 15 more than what Sears charges, and half the price I paid at the Lexus dealer.
