Ali’s Sweet Treats

I love this place! The owners are SO sweet. The best frosting in town. My favorite cupcakes are the Nutella/​vanilla, Golden Oreo, cookies n’ cream, and red velvet! Try the macaroons because the owners husband is French and makes them very authentic. The décor is absolutely adorable. I def recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth or want some yummy coffee.

Have the macaroons. They have a perfect balance of moist, crispy and gooeyness. The cupcakes are great as well but honestly I prefer those macaroons. They also make the cutest little gift cupcakes. They are perfect to give for a thank you gift or a small thinking of you present. It’s such a perfect little presentable gift. It comes in a cute little clear gift box with a bow. They also make custom cookies. I have not tried the cookies but they are cute. Go get those macaroons.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and decided to try out one of their mini cupcakes and I loved it! You have to try the guava cupcake… It’s ridiculous!

Ordered 4 Dozen Cupcakes that were gluten free and was quite pleased. m Tried to use them again for another big order and no one picked up the phone or returned any of my messages and I was calling during their normal business hours. Oh well I guess the baking business must be good! :)

Just walked in and no one inside to help. Someone finally walked out as I was opening the door to leave. Went for Macaroons and they had literally 2 left! This place sucks!

The decorator is very creative and has made some difficult cakes for me in the past. All their baked goods are delicious. My only complaint is that they would sell out of my favorite flavor sometimes. But with a product this yummy, it’s hard to keep it on the shelf.

The cupcakes are great and my wife enjoys them very much the one and only complaint we have is the price … Bro some of the prices are nuts! They say it’s all organic yadda yadda yadda l. If your going to charge an arm and a leg at least make the cupcakes a little bigger.

After living in Miami for 5 years I found the best cupcakes I have tested in Miami they compare to my favorite cupcake shop in D. C…my favorite was the toasted coconut and plain vanilla !

Very good costumer service. The macaroons are delicious. The cupcakes are alright and (I’m not a big cupcake person), a bit overpriced.

Haven’t tasted the cupcakes yet, but the pistachio macaroon was quite tasty and well made.

Absolutely love this place. Their Golden Oreo cupcake is amazinggggggg, but it’s only available on Wednesdays. We have picked up cupcakes for all sorts of family gatherings and everyone always asks us where we got them. They are moist, and their frosting is always perfect. I love that they also sell treats for my fur-​babies ;)

Service is great. The presentation of the store is clean and inviting. I bought 3 minis, cookie and macaroon. Just tried the cookie and it is tasty and moist. I would call this my second best cookie because my first love hasn’t been overthrown however this one was good. Come and try their goodies

The cupcakes are great and they’re small so the best part is you won’t feel guilty about them. I’ve had the coconut macaroon here before and it’s delicious. I also like that they have dog treats for your furry friends.

I would give this place more stars if I could. I have been coming here for a couple of years. I buy all the birthday cakes and cupcakes here. They are always moist and delicious. The flavors are absolutely fantastic and there is a new one every months. My favorite is the Guava cupcake with a cream cheese icing and the lemon. The cake pops are succulent and the res velvet almost melts in your mouth. They also have macarons!!! One of my favorite is the custom made giant cookies. I have ordered a few and they are always the talk of the party! This place won’t disappoint and the prices are reasonable.

Such a wonderful shop! I went in with a Groupon for 12 macarons at $ 12 and the lady was very warm and friendly unlike other business who look down on you for bringing in a groupon. The macarons were very yummy, not too sweet, and a tad bigger than regular macarons from a french bakery. I prefer those but Ali’s was very delicious and close to home! They have cookies, cupcakes and more and I will definitely return soon :)

Customer service and friendliness is almost everything. The manager here was very nice and informative. Everything looks amazing and the sugar cookies are really awesome with amazing detail and designs. I wasn’t planning on stopping here but it was on the way so why not. Took some macadamia cookies and a Nutella cupcake. If you check in on Unilocal you get a free mini cupcake which she gladly honored.

The cupcakes are just delicious! Moist and yummy! Location is pretty central to Kendall area, the shop is kind of hidden in the back same location as the big sketchers.
Cupcakes are a little on the high price range but average for cupcake specialty store. Red velvet and Oreo are my favorite my husband likes the guava. Store is very cute, there is never a line. It’s much better than mishas which seems to be more popular around here.

I had their cookies. My wife liked them but I thought they were some of the worse cookies I have ever had.
She placed an order for an event a month prior to the event. One week before they cancelled the order.
I can’t comment on any of their other sweets but be weary when placing orders with them.

We ordered some cheerleader cookies for my daughter’s cheer team and they were a BIG hit! They were super cute but also very delicious! Thank you Andrea!

Stopped by yesterday for a quick sugary treat. The selection was not big as we did go in the afternoon and I am assuming they were running out. But they had some good ones like dulce de leche, cookies & cream, triple vanilla. But I was surprised that they also had macaroons, My family and I love macaroons, we usually get our in Coral Gables from Janet&Co. But I decided to try Ali’s. The only had two flavors Black currant and lemon, I chose the black current, it was really good, small in size compared to the ones from Janet; however, these were just as good and the price was inexpensive $ 1.80 for each macaroon.
The cupcakes, although small, were really yummy.
The girl who helped was really friendly, so I give Ali’s a thumbs up. The only reason I not rating it with 5 stars is that I wish they would have had more cupcake and macaroon flavors. Other than that this place is great!

The shop is adorable. Pretty and pink with great presentation for all their goodies. I love cupcakes so I am always in search of everything cake. Since cake is something of a conquest the first time I will pick the most popular flavors so I can compare to my other previous sometimes defunct conquests.
When I first saw the cupcake I was doubtful of their moistness since the texture seemed dry, but they actually were not.
Oreo was pretty good, but doesn’t come close to Buttercream
Strawberry and the Double Chocolate was ok.
King: Ok so there is really no other comparison in any of the other cupcake places I have frequented. It is banana, chocolate, and peanut butter. This was really great. The best one in my opinion.
The guava was really good as well, but still doesn’t beat my favorite at La Sweets.
I definitely think they are much better than Sweet Times, but I know I am one of the few that don’t like Sweet Times. I will definitely go back when I am in need of a sweet fix.

Wonderful cupcakes still after years of ordering, they now have more types of cookies, push pops, macarons & the best cakes & coffee… Keep coming back for more!
They also have cakepops & a mini version of them called cake truffles, ordering some for a bridal shower. My nieces love the big jumbo covered in chocolate marshmallows too.
Ordered Awesome gift baskets for many occasions & they deliver too.

Ali’s is near my job therefore I try and stop here every once in a while to treat the staff to some goodies; let’s just say they never disappoint!
It’s got the nicest little vibe upon walking in– typical of what you’d expect a real cupcake shop to look like. Pastel pink and white along with crown molding and little details that make this the cutest shop ever!
The cupcakes are definitely a fave and rank among my top three! In addition to cupcakes, this little sweets shop offers a variety of other goodies like cookies, dessert shots, cake pops and more. Customer service here is top notch and Andrea is great! She helped me with a baby shower order for work as well as some charity work our organization was doing.
The cupcakes here are moist and fresh and the frosting is the perfect balance of sweetness.
Hope they continue to exceed my expectations in the cupcakery world!
