After crashing my bike and messing up all the shifting mechanisms, I took my bike here where in just 1 day fixed it up. It actually shifted better than when I first purchased the bike.

My experience: Very helpful, honest and knowledgable staff.
So far, have purchased five bikes from them (along with accessories.) Am hoping to purchase a sixth bike — as soon as the bike I want is back in stock.
Sometimes backorders can take awhile (especially when there’s a mixup.)

Don’t waste your time even stopping by. Customer service is a foreign language and client retention is not important. I purchased a bike that I waited 3 months for. Every week I was told it would arrive within a week. With the purchase I was guaranteed a specific number of complimentary tune ups which were not honored when I brought it in. This place is a scam.

Not a bad experience. I went in with no idea what type of bike I should get. The guy approached me and asked if I needed help. After talking with him for about 5 minutes we narrowed down the type of bike I could potentially want. He took one off the display rack and let me test it in the parking garage. It seemed like a good bike but I didn’t have many comparisons to make. I will check out a few other places but was close to throwing down my card at the moment. My experience was positive.

I got a flat on my back tire and brought it in to be fixed. I went in with my bike and had to wait a few min to be helped but after that they were spot on. A young man, Garret came and got my bike, (I needed a new tube) he was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He checked his work three times on the tires, then when he put the wheel back on the bike he tighten up everything and checked the whole bike over, very good. I was pleased. The price was reasonable and the wok was quality my bike runs very smooth now.

I have been an avid cyclist for 15 years. I understand that some customers want anonymity when shopping, but during my few visits there, they do a good job at ignoring people.
Honestly, I don’t know how they stay in business. There is better customer service at Willy’s and A1 scoot skate bike shop.
A kid was once helpful. Prices are steeper than I’m used to.

I like this place a lot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who know everything about bikes. Anything you need to get riding is in this store. Even repairs, tightening of your brakes, changing wheels/​tires. I’m a casual rider at best — no trails for me – but I can see from the variety of choices in here that a serious rider would appreciate this place too.

What terrible customer service. I was prepared to spend $ 3,000 on a bike but they would rather shut their doors five minutes early to a paying customer. The gentleman could’ve politely informed me they were closing early but instead he gave me a dirty look and waived me off. What a moron!
